This was my second time staying here, first time sharing the room with another person. It's definitely tight for two people and bags/belongings, but still very comfortable! The staff are always so friendly, the common areas/bathrooms are always spotless, and we even got to meet the hostel cat, Herman! The location is also perfect. Walkable to central Amsterdam or tram stops to explore further. Such good food options nearby (We went to the Foodhallen around the corner every single day). nothing!

Location, the bedrooms format, the whole concept of full self-service, really clean, the staff and especially Herman the Cat. On our cabin (bed on the lower side), I hit my head a couple times, a foam would be nice. The snacks machine could use some more variety, since everywhere to eat around the area closes very early.

The hub is a little bit tight to move around. Also the showers are so narrow/small and slippery.

This was my second stay. I am a senior, so I am kind of amazed at how much I like crawling in to the cozy capsules! All of the guests and staff are polite. The music is calming, the lighting is adaptable to your mood, the showers and bathroom have thoughtful items in them and offer total privacy. My husband and I played one of the available board games in the common space, befriended the staff. We enjoy grabbing cheese, fruit, and baked goods at the tenkate street market just around the corner; getting delicious dinners at the nearby foodhallen; we liked walking different roots into tourist areas while being slightly outside of them in a neighborhood.

This is my first time doing this and my expectations were met, I loved it and I would do ot again

Easy accessible, self serve bar was awesome, the hubs were comfy and very cute! Best shower of my life and staff was great, very helpful and friendly No air flow, wish we should open a vent or window

Cityhub was a really exceptional experience, sleeping in a capsule made the trip nicer, lobby has nice corner the location is good nearby a food bazar street, not very far from all main attractions in amsterdam. staff are less average to be honest, bathrooms and showers could be better.

Small room but expected

I was in CityHub Copenhagen and loved it because it was a walkable distance from central train station, well the one in Amsterdam is a good drive away from central station but everything was OK for me and worth my money. I love the arrangements. Very comfy and pocket friendly too. I sincerely wish there were CityHubs in all major cities ??? All the drinks didn't much their prices, I decided to buy my drinks from the supermarket every evening while going back to the Hub.

A bit far from center but not that much

Cozy and comfy pods, clean facilities, great host on site to recommend places! Love having my only space throughout my travels

Wonderful room. Beautiful bathroom. Cozy common space.

Everything about this place is so well thought out from the self-check in/check out to the self-service bar, the rooms, the staff are incredible I was just blown away.

During our stay three out of five ladies showers were out of service. But they have been fixed very quickly.

Really great location. Every day (except Sunday?) there is a markt (piazza) with homemade food. This made our vacation much more enjoyable, since we could communicate with the locals there. Also nice prices there. The hosts at the hostel were great, great communication and very friendly. The pods were ventilated well, but one night it was a little bit cold. Nothing too bad.

I really enjoyed my stayed at CityHub Amsterdam. The rooms (or hubs) are compact but very comfortable with a surpisingly spacious bed, mood lighting and smart controls that make the experience fun and unique. Everything was spotless, from the hubs themselves to the shared bathrooms and showers, which were modern and well-maintained. Location was excellent. Plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes. It is also very convenient for getting around with a tram stop few minutes away. Overall, I liked the modern design, the cleanliness, the convenient location, and the helpful staff who were always ready to recommend local spots. CityHub is a great choice if you’re looking for a cozy, tech-savvy, and well-connected base in Amsterdam.

Actually great value for money. Rooms were so cute and clean. Staff unbelievably nice, toilets and shower clean. Perfect for our stay. None.

Unfortunately, the shower in the lady’s bathroom wasn’t hot for a day but they quickly got it fixed. The hub was quite cold, and they said the air conditioner is the same for every hub. Also, i missed some interaction between the guests! Maybe you should think about mini events, it would be nice!

Excellent, safe location within easy walking distance to attractions like the Rijksmusem and Anne Frank House. Bright, airy and modern. Super convenient and relaxed. Not much.

The wrist band technology is great. All the facilities were clean and fully stocked. Staff was kind and helpful. The pods were comfortable and quieter than I was expecting. We both had great sleeps each night. Nothing really. Maybe could have a few more maps laying around?
