The museum is easy to find and well-located right by the museums. It was easy to get to from the station by tram. It was okay for the one night we stayed but I wouldn't recommend it. Everything was a bit shabby, there was an awful smell on the corridors and the room had a really dark interior (dark brown wallpaper and dark brown carpet) which we found a bit odd. The staff at the front desk were quite curt and unfriendly, especially the guy this past Monday morning.

Clean and simple, exactly what I needed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Not exactly in the city center, but close to PC Hoofstraat, the Museum District and with good public transport options.

The location was nice, close to the tram 2/24/5, the museum quarter was just two minutes away. There were Albert Heijn nearby which made it comfortable to shop for daily supplies. The room was clean but the walls were slightly dirty and worn out. Some staff didn’t greet you back, for example the Asian guy wasn’t really friendly when we greeted him.

The location and service are really good. Van Gogh museum across the street around the corner, Rijksmuseum 10mins walk, 15-30mins to the center. Tram/bus stop around the corner if you don't want to walk around. In general, max 30mins walking distance to all attractions in the center of Amsterdam. Really helpful staff. Would recommend for a 2 day stay. Tip: We booked a room only, no breakfast and that was good decision. There are options to have breakfast outside, in bars in the area, prices are similar, though the variety and dining experiences is better. That's not the hotel's fault. Tip: Book museums online 1 or 2 wks ahead otherwise no chance to buy the ticket while in Amsterdam.

The front desk staff was very friendly and 24/7. We were able to check in a little early at no extra cost and were able to easily store our bags before checkin. The rooms are very clean and a good size. There is a tram station very close by. The location was a little far from central Amsterdam, but it was still a nice place to stay.

They were kind enough to receive a package. Man at the front desk was cold and unfriendly. Room was VERY small. Mattress kept sliding off the bed. There wasn't enough space in the room to open my suitcase. I had to put my suitcase on my bed to have room to open it.
