Amazing location! Love the townhouse concept with everything included it did make you feel at home Thanks for free washing with 3 nights stay- a life saver ! Cute gym Medium room smallest I would take Big units of shampoo, conditioner , soap and cream- great! The night staff were amazing - the best ever Bathroom so awkward , small and badly layed out Morning staff could be rude and sarcastic. Breakfast a bit awkward with everyone walking around taking plates to sink and opening the fridge etc. Also some guests who are just 2 people take the 4 seater table and sat there for a long time so if you are a group of 4 you can only get 2 seater tables

Such a nice stay here! Love the small boutique feel with the communal breakfast space. It felt relaxed, calm and very comfortable. Gym was beautiful with the best treadmill. I would definitely recommend this stay. Nothing :)

I stayed at a hotel that truly felt like home. The open bar offered a great selection of quality liquors and alcoholic drinks, the breakfast was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others. I stayed in a room that was a bit on the small side, but this is quite common in European hotels.

Location is great, also the concept is very interesting. Both rooms, situated at different floors, were near the elevator. The bathrooms were rather shabby; if you wanted to take a shower or wash your hands, because the pipes were clogged all the dirty water didn't drain properly. Breakfast was exactly the same all 6 days, nothing really to choose from. No tv channels available in English. The lady in charge at the reception never helped with any of the problems we reported and was obviously annoyed for being bothered.

Great location. Good little gym for a small hotel. Good breakfast (not overwhelming). Solid snacks in the afternoon. The best was anytime (24 hour) coffee, juice, beer or wine.

Lovely building. Comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. Welcoming staff.

Wonderful staff. The complimentary breakfast was delectable. Still think about the croissant I had here and the chia pudding. Location is also good. You are a nice walk from most attractions and Vondel park is basically next door. The carpet in the foyer and rooms is rather musty and needs a wash. Bathroom was one of the smallest I have ever seen and taking a shower was a balancing act. The location seems to not get picked up in uber so for some bizarre reason I had to walk down a few streets just to catch an uber.

The property is very cozy and conveniently located to all sorts of public transportation. While it is a short tram ride away from the city center, the property is tucked away in a quieter and very nice part of town closer to residential neighborhoods and parks. The staff were all very welcoming and easy to communicate with. The included food and beverage amenities were an extra bonus for long days of sightseeing. The bed was super comfortable. Due to multiple bookings checking out in the same day as our arrival, the hotel was unable to get us checked in to our room during the first hour of check-in as stated in the booking. We had to leave our luggage there and return later after dinner to check in to our rooms since we had scheduled events at 4:30 that afternoon.

Wifi did not work for me. Gave info and complained, but problem was not solved. The wifi worked for other guests, and my phone worked on other wifis.

It is the nicest boutique hotel I stayed in. The design is beautiful. It is so elegant and cozy. There are complimentary drinks and food as well as free bicycle that we used the entire stay. The hotel is right next to Al the museums and close to the center. Behind the hotel is a an elegant high end shopping street. We initially booked one small single room and it was in the attic with one window . We did not love it and upgraded for a small amount to a medium room which is actually super big and can fit a family.
