Great location, especially for the Rijksmuseum. The air conditioning worked (kind of) but was rattly and wet-sounding, needs servicing; the walls were thin so it was noisy, and the use of door code panels rather than keys means that there's loud beeping every time someone arrives. Could have been cleaner (stains on bedsheets). No door on the bathroom and in the shower there was no shampoo or even body wash, instead there was a bottle of hand soap for some reason? Also, the coffee pods were pretty rubbish - I'd recommend bringing your own.

I particularly liked the location and the staff, who were very attentive and friendly. The room was a bit small, and the acoustics were poor.

Incredible location, air conditioning, elevator, self check in The doors could not deadbolt from the inside, so a staff member who mixed up my check out date came in my room while I was not fully dressed without knocking. Otherwise my stay was perfect.
