Location was perfect, kitchenette was an excellent asset, spacious suite with multiple seating options, and the host was friendly and extremely helpful. Facilities could be difficult to maneuver around if you have mobility issues; steep stairs and narrow walkway in bed room.
-
Amazing setting with garden and pond right next to floor to ceiling window in main room. Very clean and modern in a 150 year old building. Excellent and very responsive caretaker. It’s more like a Airbnb setting. None.

Location, the building, the room setup, the view.

The best apartment I ever had in Amsterdam! Clean, excellent location, extremely helpful host and perfectly equipped apartment! Will definitely book it again when in Amsterdam!

Warm and welcoming host who left us a great variety of food and snacks, much appreciated after a long overnight flight. Beautiful garden with koi pond just outside our unit. Location across the street from Vondelpark and near the museum district. Amazingly quiet and calm stay in a tastefully decorated unit.

The location was central to everything you might want to do. The old-world charm of the hotel combined with the modern conveniences of a fully functioning apartment made it exceptionally comfortable. Ferry was very sincere and extra helpful when checking in and out. Great place to spend our first stay in Amsterdam. They set the bar very high.

Nothing. It's a lovely place just wish we could have stayed longer. In on

Beautiful spacious suite with a great host, Ferry, who even made available snacks and drinks, exceptionally good treats.

Excellent communication from Ferry at every point. Fresh flowers in the apartment was a lovely touch. The apartment was warm, extremely clean and very comfortable. Great location too.

The host went above and beyond, including offering fantastic recommendations, which made the stay most enjoyable. The location was perfect for what we needed and the apartment was just beautiful. Perfect stay overall

Excellent location near museums, center of town and restaurants. Beautiful property with style and character. Our room was super clean, beautiful appointed and had every comfort needed. The owner/host Ferry made us feel welcome - he is extremely kind and shares great recommendations. We loved our stay here! Nothing

Incredible place. Feels you are in an art gallery. And Ferry is an awesome host. Will definitely return

Ferry, the owner/property manager, was exceptionally friendly, attentive and helpful. Very likeable person who went out of his way to make our stay a memorable one. From making sure he was there to greet us when we arrived, to the complimentary, beer and wine and snacks, and the fresh flowers, to seeing us off in an Uber at the end of our stay. Excellent two room layout, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, windows that opened up onto a view of a backdoor garden, and a view of the Rijkmuseum. The ONLY negative is that our room was on the third floor with a steep walk up stairway, with no elevator. That was not a big deal for us, in our late 60s, because we are in good health, but could be for some people. Having said that, Ferry would not even think of letting us carry our luggage up upon arrival, or down upon departure. Too the stairway walls are gorgeously decorated with paintings that make you feel like you are already in the Rijksmuseum, there are bannisters on both sides of the stairs, it is nicely carpeted, and extremely well lit.

N/A It is a beautiful characterful property. The stairs are very steep as is the case in many Dutch buildings but for older visitors it can be a little challenging.

Excellent location. Stocked refrigerator and Andrew brought a bottle of champagne for my husband’s birthday. We wish we were in a room with traditional decor, rather than in a modern apt in a Mansion. It is actually an efficiency apartment, we didn’t know about that.
-
Very kind people and a well maintained building.

Ferry is the most outgoing and personable host I have ever experienced! We loved everything about our room and our stay. The extra details were things we have never experienced in the US. What a treat!

The owner ( Ferry) was lovely and the location was excellent. The stairs were hard to navigate with a bad back, but Ferry couldn’t have been more helpful. He carried all the luggage up and down for us.
