The decor was lovely, rooms comfortable, good continental breakfast, welcome drink on arrival, sweets in reception, staff very friendly and attentive, tram stop just outside and convenient bars and restaurants around the hotel. This is nit picking but only 2 coat hangers didn’t bother us as only a 3 night stay but might be a problem if you need hanging for special occasion etc. the room was very small but again didn’t bother us for a short stay as it was very comfortable. The bathroom was tiny though larger people wouldn’t fit in.

The room was incredibly spacious and really comfortable. The location was just what we wanted very close to the Artis Zoo. The breakfast was amazing, very nice and very good options for a boutique hotel. Nothing not to like. Would like there to be some food options during the day

The location is lovely, and the hotel facilities are beautiful, modern, and new. Everything was very clean and pleasant. However, a couple of things bothered us. The room was extremely small. We were travelling as a couple and couldn’t find anywhere to put two small suitcases. We also don’t like putting suitcases that have been on the street on top of the bed, so we ended up having very little space to move around. The suitcases also became a bit of a trip hazard. The bathroom was tiny — I would estimate no more than 2 square metres. The shower itself was lovely, with good water pressure and plenty of hot water, but the sink was extremely small and there was almost no space for toiletries. The biggest issue for us, however, was breakfast. Between 8 and 10 am it was pure chaos: there wasn’t enough space, and we repeatedly had to ask for plates, bowls, mugs, and spoons. It felt as though we were constantly looking for something that was missing. The breakfast selection was also not particularly extensive, and there were very few labels, so you often had to guess what things were — for example, which milk was soy milk or which yogurt was natural. There was also no clear allergen section. Overall, the hotel is beautiful and very well maintained, and the location is excellent, but the small room and especially the breakfast experience made our stay less comfortable than we had expected. If you decide to book, I would recommend going for the option without breakfast and having breakfast at one of the many cafés nearby.

Great features like being able to organise when room is cleaned in advance. The staff are also really friendly and helpful Some of the rooms finishing were not great or broken. Very little free power outlets and the usb charging ports in our room were not working. Some pieces of shower handles were also missing ect.

The room was gorgeous, the staff were friendly and accommodating and very helpful. The bed very comfortable. Next door was a place with the best all day breakfast. We will definitely be back. Nothing
