Breakfast was okay, staff were helpful and friendly and sorted out the mix up with parking and anything else. The room was a good size, well layed out, and the bathroom was great. It was a lovely stay. Cleaning, on arrival we had alot of hair on the floor, went and told staff at hotel and said it would be sorted but the person who came and looked at the floor disputed it saying it was hair from the hoover, my husband picked it up and said it was hair the person then agreed and came and cleaned it. We asked for a towel change on the hotel app as we were staying for a few days, when we came back the towels hadn't been changed I requested again on the app still no sign of towel change again we had to go and speak to the hotel staff it was then sorted, we were given some towels but they didn't take the wet ones away. The corridor was not hoovered for the three days we stayed...

Price was very good, very simple check in and check out, lovely and friendly staff throughout. Very clean and room. Cafe area was excellent too. Honestly, nothing, it was really great

Rooms were comfortable and clean, great little lobby area with a cafe indoor seating and outdoor seating. The rooftop terrace is lovely! Close proximity to trams.

Overall, the staff was exceptional, the restaurant and rooftop bar food and service were great, and a huge plus onsite if you wanted to stay in the hotel. Great value for the room amenities and great service. They have a place to buy drinks, snacks, and beer and wine, and the onsite cafe is great if you want breakfast or a quick sandwich. The bar and restaurant open late, so if you need food early, you have to go out. Great experience and great value for the service and amenities.

The hotel is in a park and this is very good location but you don’t have a possibility to open the windows and breathing fresh air . In the room was bad small and air conditioning not help !!! In my room there was no refrigerator . But in another things was good Rooftop bar was also nice

The rooftop terrace bar was amazing seeing the views of Amsterdam, my girlfriend and I were over the moon with the hotel. The staff were amazing and were so friendly too There was nothing we didn't like
