Spacious room, quiet location near the park, great staff Nothing to note

The attentive staff. A little hard to get to.

Cute little place to stay. We could walk without using taxis. We only used the Tram once. One of the things we appreciated was being able to donate to the Make A Wish by not using housekeeping. If we needed anything it was provided quickly. Nothing.

The beds were very comfortable and our suite was spacious and beautiful. The a/c was a bonus in the heat wave. Breakfasts were delicious! Employees were kind and helpful

There were stains in the carpet and room was small and old .Breakfast was less than expected. Often ran out of food or could not keep up with replenishing despite lots of staff and few patrons. Staff seemed inexperienced and not very organized but very nice. There were empty containers and when asked about the contents would be told” we ran out”

Great location, very close to Vondelpark. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Some street noise could be heard.

The location was terrific and the breakfast food was very good. The room was very small and difficult to maneuver around. Our bedroom walls need to be washed or repainted to remove all the scuff marks. I would recommend a bell hop that can help carry bags up the stairs to the check in desk.

Close to park and city. Staff very nice. Room wasn’t cleaned properly when we checked in and room needs fresh coast of paint plus some fixtures broken. Two small water bottles offered in room when we checked in but never replenished. For the price seems like we could get a little more amenities.

I loved the feel of this boutique hotel next to Vondelpark. The building was beautiful and had the feeling of a grand old home. The ceilings were very tall, and our room had a balcony. I was happy that the hotel was quiet and separate from the crowds, but the downside was few great restaurants nearby. Also, there were some scuff marks on the walls, but overall the hotel seemed clean.

In a quieter part of Amsterdam. Neighbourhood was very relaxing. Hotel was the same. Walking distance to local eateries and shopping.

For the price it was not up to what I thought a boutique hotel should offer. Very basic and average in amenities and staffing

The staff was incredible and the location next to the park was just so perfect. Rooms were quiet and really private. Lobby, lounge, garden terrace all very beautiful spaces to enjoy. Bikes available for rent made the entire city so accessible and we were able to get to our destination easily! Thank you! We wish the room was slightly larger. With suitcases, it was hard to manage space and felt pretty cozy getting in and out of bed but that was something we could have probably figured out from the website when. Poking had we been given a little more info online.

Room was large and comfortable. The young woman doing check in was kind, efficient and gave a good recommendation for our lunch spot. Steep steps at entrance and foyer. WiFi did not work in our room. It worked in the lobby but not in our room. Another small thing was that the light on the magnifiying mirror in the bathroom did not work, but we were only there one night so I didn’t bring it to their attention.
