Staff were very friendly. It was easy to get into hotel at any time of day or night. Room was basic but clean. I stayed in the delux room which had aircon which was much needed during the heatwave- I think not all the rooms have aircon. Area felt safe with lots of places to eat and drink near by and easy to get tram into centre of city. Room was quiet I think you could buy breakfast from the adjoining cafe, but it looked pretty basic. I ate out all the time. No fridge in room.

Stayed at the deluxe room, which was much nicer than the photos. Pleasantly surprised! Air conditioned which was a relief in this hot weather and a lift right to the room. (Only air con in deluxe rooms) Staff were lovely, bed was comfortable and everything was clean and modern. The only recommendation would be a full length mirror and a mini fridge and it will be even better.
