Friendly staff and a good sized room. The free shuttle bus to the port was a great facility and the free ferry across to Central Station was a novelty. The fridge wasn't working so we couldn't keep our water, juices, yogurts cold

Very clean, and the beds were very comfortable free shuttle bus up to the ferry crossing which was great The extractor fan was not working in our bathroom, so the bathroom was always very steamed up for along time ,I did report it but it wasn't fixed room 191

The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The staff were helpful and we were able to securely store our luggage free of charge at the hotel after check out. The drinks and sweets in reception were a nice touch. The shuttle bus to the ferry was handy. Nothing

Perfect place to stay in Amsterdam! Very clean and modern with good sized rooms and great facilities. Beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is huge. Good supply of tea and coffee (Nespresso) in the room. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the free shuttle to the ferry is a real bonus. Highly recommend and this will be our first choice of place to stay when we're next in Amsterdam.

Staff were lovely allowed us to check in early. Room was ready at 11am. There is a river between the hotel and main area so they offer a free shuttle bus that takes 5 minutes to the river. Boats to other side of river take 1-2 mins as they are back and forth. Nice location but a bit far. Nice clean room Shower is in bath so if your tall you will hit your head

The hotel's location gave us a good feeling of rest in between all the sight seeing and the crowds. It was a convenient walk from the hotel to the ferry or a shuttle is also possible. The rooms were very clean, the size was very good and the amenities within the room were really a 5/5. The AC was also always working well and was much appreciated. Good value for the price. The staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. You felt welcomed, and they were nice to kids too. They had small touches here and there that made you feel it was really customer first. They had a nice bar area as well. Nothing really, it was quite a pleasant stay. No notes

I liked the space of the hotel room. It was quite large for typical hotels in the Netherlands. It was quite old. The first floor was nice and remodeled but by the time we got to the elevator, it was quite old with old carpet and our floor of the hotel needed remodeling.
