The room was very spacious, bright, beautifully decorated. The kitchen was also accesible, well equipped and clean. From there you can easily get to the ferry and from there anywhere you need, or walk to one of the metro stations. I didn't realize there will be quite a few stairs, it might be difficult if you bring large luggage. But not impossible :), just something to keep in mind.

The location is a 7-minute walk from the ferry terminal at Amsterdam Central Station. It’s actually in the perfect location—close to the city center, yet situated in the quieter northern part of the city, which feels much cleaner. It almost feels like a completely different city. The room is spacious and bright. Although the vintage furniture is beautiful and full of character, it does have an old, musty smell. The biggest issue was the smell coming from the bathroom. Even with the window left open all the time, it was almost impossible to stay in there because of the odor. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. If they could fix the bathroom odor and improve the cleaning, making it more thorough instead of just superficial, this would be a perfectly acceptable place to stay. the smell coming from the bathroom!

Room was beautiful and HUGE, located walking distance from Centraal in a charming neighborhood. Staff were helpful and very communicative (we were arriving on a Tuesday when the restaurant was closed so had to arrange picking up keys).

Funky affordable hotel i should not write about, attracting other guests Great restaurant downstairs. A little noisy in the morning.

Decor, design, vibe, furniture were all great and cohesively considered. Lack of an air conditioning unit for a room of this price is a bit of an issue given the current temperatures of European summers.

The room was absolutely massive, and I adored the retro-style interior design. The highlight for me was the bathtub perched in an open ensuite right at the center of the bathroom, it felt like pure luxury! The staff were incredibly helpful and kind throughout my stay. I also had the privilege of enjoying a five-course meal in their restaurant, and wow, what an unforgettable experience! Every dish was absolutely delicious. ? I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and memorable stay!

very close to the train central station, cool place, very walkable and easy to get breakfast froma couple of places across the street i'm gonna be picky and say that the steps in the stair are really tiny, wich is really not bad at all

With the term boutique hotel, I was expecting a different level of service and amenities. The room was decorated well, but in terms of amenities, it was spartan. Light and plugs only one one side of the bed, very cold (check if heaters are on in both the room and the bathroom and tuck the barely window covering curtains behind the heaters to help get the room warmish), only one chair when there was room for more, a shower with a shower head that you either had to hold (if you don't want to get your hair wet) or can barely stand under because it's not height adjustable and the hallway smelled like sewage for most of our stay (this was resolved when other guests arrived). Wifi didn't work because we didn't see the hotel wifi mentioned until the end of our stay (it's on the kitchen door, the wifi in the information is for the cafe which doesn't have the reach). Also the fridge in the bedroom was unusable because it was so loud, use the one in the shared kitchen instead. I'd say this is more of a hostel with private rooms than a boutique hotel.

Great Location, Lovely Decor and Spacious rooms with high ceilings. Bathroom clean, shower nice and large. Comfy bed. Overall loved it and would return! The particular room we were staying the heating turned off between 10pm and some time in the early morning about 6am? So it was somewhat cold, but not awful. We asked the property manager for an electric heater which was provided, he also offered us a second duvet. Bit of a shame, but resolved in a friendly and helpful manner.

The location was perfect, just a short walk and free ferry from Centraal station and everything but quiet at night. A staff member from the restaurant downstairs helped us access the room and was lovely. The room had everything we needed although bigger cups/mugs and a regular cafetière would have been most welcome. There was an unfortunate smell of drains. Not sure if it affects the whole property or just the room we stayed in but it did not shift.

This place is incredible. A beautiful and MASSIVE apartment in the trendy Amsterdam Nord. I knew we found the right place when the chef in the (pretty posh) restaurant downstairs was singing along to Ty Segall! The apartment was perfect, some brilliant artifacts decorating the room, very spacious, beautiful and huge bathroom. Honestly, I wish I could live in this apartment, The staff we all very friendly, and very cool. A free ferry runs all day and most of the night, it is quick and has great views and only added to the experience. The ferry lands at the Amsterdam Central train station so perfect for the early morning train to the airport. And unlike most things in 'The Dam', it was worth every penny. Nothing, it was perfect. We normally like trying different places but I dont think we could better this place in Amsterdam and will be coming back.

I loved the space and style of the room for an unbeatable price. I'll definitely be back I could really feel the center frame of the bed in the middle, so I had to sleep on one side
