Close to everything. Staff were very kind and helpful. Room was large and very comfortable. I would stay here again.

Location is really convenient, you can walk or take a bus to Amsterdam central station. There were blood stains on the blankets and pillows. I don’t understand why the contaminated bedding wasn’t discarded or replaced, and instead continued to be used.

All satisfactory and staff very friendly! Breakfast buffet moved to smaller area after our first day without warning so limited options for the remainder of our stay.

location only There are no porter services, the room bed is uncomfortable, and the bathroom lacks the amenities found in other hotels.

There was parking close by and the staff gave tips to pre-register and get a better deal. The hotel was close to central square within easy walking distance and close to Central Station to grab a friend coming in. That the elevator that took us up to our room did not go down to the restaurant. We did find one towards the end of our stay that did. Stairs were easily accessible.
