Location The room was dirty, floors were filthy, i didn’t want to touch floors with my bare feet so wore my shoes the whole time. The fridge in the room was ridiculously loud. The bed sheets were stained and maybe not even clean, the pillows and quilt were very very old and discoloured. Bathrooms were shared and dirty, showers were extremely old and hard to get a normal temperature, just impossible to figure out.

Central location, easy check in, supplied a fan to cool the room and there was a fridge in the room A bit rundown and could have been cleaner, a few missed spots.

I stayed here for three days in Amsterdam as a solo traveler, and the experience exceeded my expectations for a one-star hotel. The room was clean and maintained to a good standard, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent—within walking distance of Amsterdam Central, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and attractions around the city. The receptionist was very helpful and made the stay even smoother with their support and friendliness. Overall, a great value stay in a very convenient location, especially for solo travelers.

Cheap and cheerful, no frills and pretty central. Shared showers are very small. Thin walls between rooms.
