Room location and area was very safe. 15 minutes walk to Amsterdam Centraal was one of the reason I booked this hotel. Staff was excellent. Kevin was phenomenal and kind and helped us with goodies knowing our bags were delayed. Air-conditioning was not working and that was very uncomfortable since couple days were hot and we could not get good sleep for several nights. That is not acceptable for the amount of money we spend per day.

The location. The penthouse roo m. We have been upgraded!!! The location is excellent. We could walk to many points of interest . Good restaurants nearby. Interesting neighborhood. This is our second time at the hotel and we will be back in the future.

Lovely hotel with lift. Good location for shops and all amenities- Attention to detail…. Walls scuffed, limescale on shower screen, shower heads etc. the terrace need plants ( artificial etc) to soften the area but only very minor issues

Breakfast was great, staff were friendly and helpful, room was very nice. Loved the hotel cat! We paid for breakfast for 2 nights but it wasn't available early enough the second morning when we had to leave for the airport. I did not like the little step up into our bathroom, it was definitely a tripping hazard. I didn't like the sliding glass bathroom door either. My friend's room did not have this so it is not a feature overall.

The location was ideal. The staff was super nice and helpful . Beds and linens very comfortable and rooms were quiet.

Location was very convenient. 5 minutes from Amsterdam Central. Friendly staff at reception. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Food was laid out in the restaurant next door. It was extremely warm, no circulation. There was no juices, not even orange juice, only room temperature water, tea and coffee. I couldnt find spoons for the cereal. No staff present to ask.

Great location and facilities. Even got to meet lady the cat!! Beds where actually two singles put together. Did move apart during the night.

Small single room, but perfectly adequate for my purposes. Located on a nice street with lots of businesses, so many choices for meals. Pretty easy walk from Centraal station, and pretty convenient to the rest of the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pretty pricey for the quality of the room. Bed could be more comfortable, for the price.
