Great location. The place has a very sexy vibe to it. Rooms are tiny but the bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. We loved the welcome drink in the bar. They always had fun lounge music playing, too. Staff were friendly and helpful. And the best part was having fantastic air conditioning in the room. We slept really well every night. We had a canal room, but the layout of the room is a bit odd so it was difficult to enjoy the view. You have to be a it of a gymnast to get down the seating bench. But it was nice, just not super comfortable.

My room was the smallest room I’ve ever been in. It was like a jail cell. Not something I expected when paying $300

Quiet and clean. Great location

Hotel was walking distance from the train station. Great location walkable to rrijksmuseum, canal rides. The neighborhood was quiet with restaurants and nearby brown café. Front desk staff helpful with us with reservation snafu on my part and other times also. I liked it.

Everything is as just perfect
-
Fabulous location in a beautiful part of Amsterdam right on a canal and walking distance to many attractions, shopping, and the train station. Was highly upgraded with a bar/lounge area. Visually stunning decor. We were on the top floor in a large room with 2 large beds and stunning views. A huge bathroom with separate tub and shower. Everything newly upgraded and spotless. Delicious in room Nespresso coffee maker. The stairs are steep but there is a small elevator to accommodate

The property was right on the canal and easy to access from the central train station. On the very last night of my stay there was someone with lead feet stomping around above me. It isn’t the hotels fault but if I hadn’t been walking out the door to leave I would have complained.
-
Great hotel very close to the train station right in the heart of the city center. Room and bet was very comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional. Even with the elevator, you have to navigate a few stairs to get to room. It’s manageable but be prepared.

We didn’t purchase the breakfast. We were delighted the rooms had excellent air conditioning because it was unseasonably hot during our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. The rooms were small as normal for Europe, for those traveling from the US, but stylish, comfortable and clean. There is an elevator to some rooms for those who may need it. The location was excellent and we walked to all our points of interest during our stay. We used a taxi to take us and our luggage to the hotel from the ocean cruise terminal, because that would have been too far a walk with large luggage. Our rooms were not ready before check in time, but they graciously held them for us and delivered them to the room while we were out seeing museums. The free drink for each person was a nice touch. One of our rooms faced the canal, and it was lovely in the evening when it got cool to open up the large windows and sit at the little table to watch the boats go by, and enjoy the views of the beautiful canal houses and houseboats. I have no complaints at all! The only thing that might have made this a perfect score may have been a little garden area where we could sit outside and have a drink. There appeared to be a small garden, but there was no seating and I’m not sure that it belonged to the hotel.

Good location. Very comfortable beds with excellent AC. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had family of 3 in one room with 3 twins and there was plenty of room.

The location was close to everything. The rooms were very clean, nice shower, and the staff were very helpful. N/A

The location was excellent—located close to many sights and on a beautiful canal. Our room was lovely, with a comfy seating area and a big beautiful (possibly freshly renovated?) bathroom.
-
Location excellent I am a senior and had to lug my bag up the stairs to first floor. No one offered to help when we arrived, No one told us Uber never come to the hotel because of city policy. No communication about this and front staff didnt’t even know this?! Super stressful for us! Shower was never hot just luke warm.

Perfect location to explore the city. Quiet room and very helpful and friendly staff.

Fantastic location and the staff was lovely! The bar is nice but doesn’t stay open late. Room was very small, but was expected to be.
-
Had to take steps from elevator to room with luggage. Breakfast was not early enough.

The front staff was excellent and I appreciate that they allowed us to check in a bit earlier after our long flight.
