My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. First, upon check-in, the receptionist requested a €100 security deposit, even though I had already paid for my reservation through Booking.com. We were told that the deposit would be returned at check-out. However, we did not have cash with us, and if we paid by card, we were informed that it could take up to a week for the refund to appear in our account, which was very inconvenient. Additionally, when we entered our room, it was extremely hot due to the heating system ( June). We tried to turn it off, but it continued running. We informed the reception, and the receptionist assured us that the issue would be fixed. However, when we returned later, the heating was still on. We were then told that nothing could be done. We requested a room change, but were informed that the hotel was fully booked. Instead, we were given a small fan, which did not help at all. Furthermore, we requested a late check-out and received confirmation from the receptionist. However, the next morning, a staff member opened our room door while we were still asleep. This was both shocking and inappropriate. When we explained that we had arranged a late check-out, she told us that the receptionist had not informed her. Overall, the service was very poor and did not justify the price we paid for the room. Due to these issues, I would not recommend this property.

Staff was friendly The bathroom was disgusting smelled like pee and just utterly nasty and there was socks with blood in the shower and shower smelled worse than the bathroom We left literally 8 hours later parked the car where the receptions told us to and woke up to it being broken and our stuff being stolen had to cut the trip short and we couldn’t even get a refund since we didn’t even stay the next day.

Right in the center. The staff was helpful. The room is rather dated and on the smaller side.

The location was great. The bed was comfortable. It had Restaurants and coffee shops near by. This is a historic building so the plumbing was a little different. The bathroom and shower were single use and shared so make sure you go before you go to sleep because you might be waiting in line out climbing up out down to other floors to use the restroom. The stairs were narrow going to all floors with no elevator.

The staff was so accommodating! They were also extremely welcoming and made us feel very comfortable during our recent stay. The beds were very comfortable and the location was ideally situated.

Nothing

First day, the staff was horrible. The next day staff was much more polite. The pictures are not real, it was dirty. And the 100 euro as a deposit... nothing in that room had value of a 100 euro

Passable

The pictures on the site, but they were not really representative. It had not been vacuumed before our arrival or in the last few weeks before our arrival. The beds were not fixed, they have rolls on the bottom so they were moving all over the place all the time. The beds werent too comfortable, too. I am happy that we only stayed 2 nights, and i was very happy when we left the hotel. We will never come again, sorry.

Good location, perfect for walking. Quiet enough at night, although the area is very busy

They are exceptional, left my passport in there premises while going to Rotterdam to watch darts. Went out there way to save it for me, while I collected it the day. Quality customer service and very reliable.

So sad

Close to main area, clean and warm, plenty of hot water. Steep narrow stairs. A service lift for luggage that we were not told about - it would have made a big difference not to have to struggle bags up those stairways.
