Easy to find. Lovely lobby and bar area. Comfortable bench out front to wait for our ride. N/A

Great location; very friendly staff; enjoyed market on Saturday; nice restaurant next door!

The top floor room was spacious and we loved the rooftop view. The air conditioning was adequate but not as cold as we like. Great location and friendly staff. The pillows weren't great and it would have been great if the air con was closer to the bed. Maybe adding a fan would also help? The top floor room is only accessible by stairs from the last elevator stop. So it's not easy with big bags!

Good location. Very friendly staff. Big bathroom. Has an elevator ??. All good.

Excellent location, with all the major tourist attractions either within walking distance or just a short Uber ride away. The room was spacious, modern, and especially impressive for the area. The woman at the front desk/check in was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. We also really appreciated the complimentary coffee and drinks, which were a nice added touch The floor in the room was a bit sticky and dusty, and I don't think housekeeping serviced our room on one of the days during our stay.

The room was cheerful, but really tiny. There was a long hallway to the bedroom, but it wasn’t livable. Space in the actual bedroom was really small. Nevertheless, we really enjoyed our stay.

Our room was spacious, with beautiful windows, and molded ceiling features. There was a beautiful garden in the back. The staff was very friendly.

Great location and it was clean The staff is only there for limited hours. Someone came to check in after 5:30 and no one was there to assist.
-
Elevator was a plus. They had good directions for going in after their open hours. The bathroom and bedroom were very clean. There were lots of places to eat nearby. The bedroom(only room) was very small and crammed. lobby only opened from9:30 and if I remember right 4:30Pm only

The best part about this place is the location - the Jordaan neighborhood is quieter than city center but still vibrant with lots of great cafes. There are more locals and less tourists in this area. Rooms were thoughtfully finished but extremely small - hard to manage if you are on a long trip and have multiple bags.
-
Nice place, clean and well located. For its price it should have some kind of cafe/restaurant.

Location was great and the staff was fantastic. The room was very clean and had a nice view of the sunset. It has an elevator! The room was a little bit small for 4 people to share but that’s Europe room size for you.

Staff and location Spiral staircase up to the fifth floor is quite dangerous, especially when carrying luggage
-
Location Very small room for the price. Very. Literally barely bigger than the bed plus the bathroom. Not a great value.

If you are traveling by train, it's quite a walk pulling a carry on. You have to purchase coffee from lobby area.

very tiny room

It has elevator, decent location We were in Room 1, which is not a very good room- noisy. The bed looked clean. The floor, and the desk is not very clean. The bathroom smelled musty. There is no ventilation so the whole room smell like a "wet carpet," even though it is a hard wood floor. When we opened the window/door it was very noisy so we can't really leave it open to get good air circulation. What made it worst is the shower head , was splashing everywhere. I hope they fix that because we ended up using the hand held shower. Also, they said they provide free bottle water but it is a bottle that they refill- it is not sealed! I know the room is small but I expected a clean place. I have travelled many places- in Japan, the rooms are smaller but they are very clean and tidy. In fact, when do they do room service, they include cleaning everything including sweeping the floor!

Very clean and a great location Front desk was not always open. We received a late check in despite being asked what time we would like to check in.

Cool old historic building. Courtyard view was nice. 1 of 2 staffers were very helpful. Bikes nice. Location was perfect, walked with roller bag to and from central station and able to navigate back home easily after being out all day. Cleaning staff left towels outside my door even though I marked no service needed - was nice to have extra towels. Staff/ lounge area hours - very limited and late breakfast. TV was odd and difficult to use, also slow. Given age of building would have expected more for the price tag. Although I do get location is #1 and i felt like a local after 24 hours and only stayed 36 hours. Would recommend giving more detailed information about perks like the bikes - was under impression they could only be taken out 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, but come to find out I could keep it over night. Little things like this make a big difference when only in town for short periods of time.

5th floor staircase is small and dangerous with luggage
