Stayokay Hostel Amsterdam is located in the heart of the Vondelpark and offers a view on the green surroundings. The Van Gogh Museum is an 8-minute walk away. The accommodations includes free WiFi access throughout the whole building. The hostel offers bunk beds in shared dormitories as well as private rooms. Great location and friendly staff I paid for a double bed room and was given two single beds pushed next to each other - not ideal for a honeymoon. Shower head kept falling down.

Great breakfast, vibrant and lovely common space. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was a bit dated (we were in the park building). No AC and no way to open the windows more to get some air.

Impeccable vibes! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Great mix of families and young people and super location. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Lockers are big and rooms are spacious enough to easily access them. The kitchen offers really good food at affordable prices and the common area is a fun space to hang out in (foosball table was a hit!). Wish there was kitchen facilities for storing and making food. No screens on the windows - when it was hot we had to open windows at night and no screens meant we ended up with some mosquitos in our room.

Excellent location. Helpful, friendly staff. Lovely, welcoming downstairs space to hang out in. A good breakfast available. Great to have lockers available. Would have been good to provide a cooked breakfast. More stools to sit on in rooms - we came as a four but only had two stools. Would have been useful to know locker sizes beforehand.

Close to everything! You can hear the Noise from outside ! And the room i was in is very small for 8 people! The room is not so well ventilated!

Good location with easy access to public transports and grocery stores. Most staff were very helpful. No A/C or a good ventilation system, which became a big problem during the heatwave where people could not sleep at night, at least for more than half of the room. The charge for luggage storage after check out is pretty much the second most expensive during my whole two-month trip across West Europe, if not the most expensive one, so just be aware of it.

Great location like you have everything kinda close or to walking distance and if no they have trams stop close. There is also at the end small store Spar. To do city it depends where you want to go but like 15 or 20 minutes. Also it is close to Amsterdam central train station like from tram stop (like not even 5 minut walk) 22 minutes. By walking around 30/35 minutes. We had private room for 2 get room for 4 but it was private. Nice park close but just the part after the bridge before bridge it is sooo scary. Personal in reception like 24/7 nice. I would like to come back. Take your lock to the locker or they sell. Windows are so small to just clear the air. It like so hot there and like you can have open windows all day and come back and still be like you cant breath in that room. Yes they have air ventilator but just some and it is not enought to have fresh air. Scary park, scary street to hostel, scary people from park around. Would say expensive breakfast but i do not know if it is just breakfast or also dinner but it is 10,5€ for person.
