The accommodation served our purpose. The price and location were reasonable. It was not well explained how we would be able to enter the building and access our designated room. We had emailed the owner several times and the only response had been that the reservation was confirmed. This was distressing because on another booking we were told that our reservation was confirmed but Booking.com had been hacked and the confirmation had been a scam. We were supposed to receive a key code 24 hours in advance of the check-in time, but it was only sent about 5 hours in advance, by which time we were already on the plane to Amsterdam.

Hidden pearl, if you sleep light (but thats all over Amsterdam take some ear plugs) but this hotel should be rated muvh much higher i loved it and stayed in many many different hotels this year in Amsterdam and this one is my new nr1

I like the digital key, brilliant for people with social anxiety, no need to deal with people lol. Will always look for this hotel in future Room was on the smaller side but was fine.
