Amazing location great staff air conditioning was amazing No elevator but not really a big issue

Spacious disco suite, no stairs to climb because it’s on the ground floor Nothing except maybe the black dark walls but it is part of the theme. I am noise tolerant so a little background noise from the club didn’t bother me at all

Really liked the hotel room and location, rooms were clean and the reception staff w're lovely, Nicky made us a delicious breakfast in the morning too, I would recommend it! No lift so you have to carry your suitcases up the stairs but wasn't a big deal

Lighting in the bathroom was not great.

The location and the lovely staff behind the bar downstairs I booked 2 queens thinking it would make the room bigger but it was the oddest layout and the air con was broken so it was freezing until the lovely staff turned it off for us completely. If anyone at the hotel reads this I think adding a full length mirror would be beneficial as that would also add another getting ready spot. The sink/mirror area was small and kinda odd.

Great staff who checked us in quickly and showed us to our room! Location was perfect and close to downtown, canal view with a tram stop very close. Room was clean and modern with AC and mini fridge. Price was a little high for the size of the room, very narrow stairway leading up to the 4th floor that our room was on. Not sure some people would be able to make it up those stairs. The “TV” was a projector that was hard to understand and control. And the Pub downstairs was very loud until midnight, but there was an event going on in Amsterdam the weekend we were there so it might not always be that way.

Very centrally located with fun decor. No particular dislikes. An elevator would have made it easier to get to and from the 3rd floor with luggage.

The location was great! Very close to all the attractions, but also sort of away from the crowd. The room that we stayed in there was no door to the toilet.

Excellent location Very very very small room. No place to open the suitcase except on the bed. No elevator. The stairs are horrible. Very difficult for older person to use the stairs.

Very beautiful and kind to all guests. And would make great accommodations if there is a late arrival from the airport to check in.

Very cozy room, the amenities are GREAT, the staff is also super kind and friendly! The location is perfect! The cleaning should be better, but nothing that makes the stay bad. I feel like the cleaning staff should be bigger… maybe they are less people cleaning than the hotel needs? I don’t know. And, of course, like most the hostels in the region, they don’t have a lift/elevator.

The location is perfect, likely couldn’t be better. The staff member helped me carry my suitcase up to the fourth floor. The bathroom wasn’t clean enough; the toilet lid was dirty and unpleasant. The bed was very small—I’m 156 cm tall, and even for me, the bed felt too short. The electronic door lock didn’t work properly, constantly beeping until the door was slammed shut. Additionally, the mechanical door lock was broken. Moreover Room service didn’t arrive until 6 p.m., by which time I was already back from my walk and didn’t want any cleaning in my room. There is no door to enter the bathroom, just a curtain separating it from the common area. I didn’t mind, as I was traveling alone. WiFi didn’t work properly as well. There is no elevator, and the stairs are steep and narrow, making it challenging to carry luggage up or down without risking a fall.
