Location is very central The room is very small. It’s not really a double room. Less than a foot clearance on either side of the bed.

It was clean. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We had a very pleasant stay. AC barely worked.

Nice sized room with comfortable beds and pillows, excellent location, very nice staff, welcome snacks and water were appreciated, nice to have conditioner in the shower and a lift to avoid those steep Dutch stairs. Bathroom was so tiny that it was hard to turn around in it.

The bed was incredibly comfy, and all staff members went out of their way to help with anything we needed — including early check-in, breakfast items, restaurant recommendations, calling a cab, and everything else that made our stay more pleasant. The location was quiet and a bit further from the main attractions, but perfect for a good night's sleep and very close to a tram stop.

The staff are just phenomenal. They are so helpful and friendly and are prepared to help in every way possible . We felt at home with everyone . We really can’t thank them enough . They helped make our holiday so special . We had a sick daughter which everyone checked in on . Thank you all . Honestly , there is not much we can say here . We live the art work , the comfy beds. The breakfast is fabulous . The rooms are amazing but the only thing I do need to mention the size of the bathroom /shower in room 250 was too small for our adult sons. Staff helped us by changing the room to 124 . Thank you fantastic staff.
