The location and the spacious room size.

The room is a bit small but it’s totally fine. They emails male you feel like you need to do all check in online but they actually ha e staff on site.

Good airconditioning, although oriented directly on the bed. Bed was comfortable. Very nice location. Very friendly staff. Could be cleaner. Soundproofing not very good. Very small room. I was alone with a small suitcase so I managed. But if it was 2 people and 2 suitcases the room would be too small.

very nice and welcoming receptionist, comfortable and quiet rooms (elevator is a plus), right next to tram station which is a few stations away from centre but still hotel is in a walkable distance to everywhere.

Location, room size, breakfast Rooms need renovation, rug was falling apart….way too expensive for this type of hotel, should have costed half of what we paid

Room was comfortable for an overnight stay. Linens clean and bed comfortable. Staff friendly Just location ..quite a walk to Ann Frank House and Red Light Districtt

there was a weird noise from a unit in the room which disturbed me a little - but I forgot to say anything to the team there so can't have been too bad

Good location and pantry for us to ur when we need hot drinks I have made 2 bookings of 2 nights then another booking of subsequent 4 nights, totaling 6 nights altogether. Most of the staff I encountered are helpful and courteous except one staff who happens to help us for check in , who is on duty on 11 April 2026 @ 5 pm afternoon He is kinda impatient when I asked whether I can stay at the same room for the 6 nights altogether ( which I have requested earlier through booking.com) , he just mentioned that my reservation is for 2 nights , which makes me a little worried initially. When I request again only did he checked.

Location and the facilities of having pantry so we can make our hot drinks and food when we want. Nothing except one staff attitude which makes me not so comfortable as he is not used to international culture and his accents is hard for me to communicate. The rest of the staff is super helpful and polite, especially a staff who helps us to get on an uber . Thanks. The room is comfortable enough and easy for us to get to all places.

Shower was tiny but we made it work

There was a very strong construction noise from morning to evening - There answer was " earplugs ". The balcony is not really private, artificial flower pots separated between my balcony to the neighbors balcony. bed was not that comfortable. I didn't like the smell of sheets and towels.

Great attention from the front desk, the bed was comfortable and everything clean. The room had some stairs which made it a little difficult with our lugagge, but we enjoyed our stay.

I liked the breakfast, which was included, and the friendly staff. They accepted taking care of my luggage for a few hours. I also liked the location, which was convenient for me. And the heating. Outside was freezing, but the room was very warm thank to a powerful radiator in the room. My main dislike was the cleanliness of the room. The faucet didn't look cleaned and the water deposit for the capsuled coffee maker was dirty, very dirty. The room was way smaller than I imagined based on the pictures. And the walls were very poorly isolated. I could hear people watching TV, laughing. etc.
