Пожалуй, это лучший отель в Амстердаме, если вы путешествуете с собакой и на своем автомобиле. Отличный платный паркинг, очень дружелюбный персонал, приятные общие зоны и ресторан

beautiful place location is a bit outside of the city center

Staff at the Hoxton LLoyd were very generous with suggestions of places to visit and things to do. They made the check in and check out processes very smooth and effortless. Our room felt large for a family of four and had everything that we needed during our stay. The hotel is nicely situated across the street from great restaurants and a grocery store, but close enough to a tram station that we could easily get everywhere in city. We had breakfast at the hotel each morning as part of our room fee and found the buffet to have options for every diet. I especially appreciated the oat milk in the room fridge. We would stay here again. We really didn't have any complaints about our stay, other than it felt too short.

The hotel is a nice location, clean, and staff were very helpful and accommodating. The staff did allow us to move rooms on our second night to one with AC once it became available. They even helped to move our bags. That customer service improved our experience. The restaurant and bar were lovely. We didn’t eat there but had drinks. They make beautiful cocktails. Only issue was there wasn’t a full building booking system and not every room had an AC unit. Our first day there was at the end of the heat wave. The hotel was full so we couldn’t be moved. Fans were available but not strong enough and the windows only open a small amount. I would also recommend ear plugs if in a room without AC or if only opening windows because there are a couple restaurants/bars open late.

The room was really lovely. Bed extremely comfortable. There was a family with a young baby in the room next to me, and it was like I was in the room with them. Made me question the soundproofing.

The only thing that could have been useful would have been airco...

The style was great as well as the location Our room didn’t have AC and it was truly like an oven when we got inside. But talk to the receptionist who said that some rooms have a/c other don’t and if we wanted a room with AC we had to pay more which I found unfair. Had we known that our room wouldn’t have AC we would not have book that hotel as the temperature was above 30. She tried to help though looking for other room but there were none available in the category we booked. She asked her manager who gave us an other room with AC. We truly appreciated the help and the free upgrade.

It felt inviting, safe and comfortable; loved the decor. So easy to get around the city via nearby 1 and 26 trams. Very quiet neighborhood, just moments from city center. Water, tea and coffee in the room; groceries available across the street and wonderful river view. The absolute best rain shower (with handheld as well)!!! Fabulous water pressure and temperature. Breakfast should be included for the price.

This property is very cool- typical Hoxton vibes. We were able to get a room with a queen and a bunk bed, perfect for family travel. The restaurant was great, as was the service. Even though you’re a bit outside of the city center, the tram runs right behind the property so it’s easy to get to, and allows for a more quiet experience.

Comfy mattresses and bedding No food post 10pm (had to order Uber eats); breakfast is decent at best

The rooms were clean, tidy, and comfortable. The breakfast was good and reasonably priced, making it a convenient option before heading out for the day. The hotel itself was well maintained and offered a pleasant stay overall. Also, the history about the property was fun. Our biggest frustration was the lack of flexibility regarding a reservation change. We booked a two-night stay through Booking.com and requested to cancel one night just one day after booking, more than a month before arrival, but the hotel was unwilling to assist with any refund. The location was also less convenient than expected, requiring Uber rides to reach most attractions. Additionally, the bedside tables had very sharp corners, and my son unfortunately struck his elbow during the night, causing a significant cut.

The staff and room were excellent. Beautiful room and view. One elevator was out the entire week. The restaurant was dramatically different night over night.

Cute little boutique hotel, great staff, good food, On the outskirts of the tourist area, too far to walk, and we had trouble getting Bolt to the location, not the hotel's issue though...

Stylish, cozy, comfortable place for stay not far from city centre, quiet and relaxing hotel. Recommend to visit! Everything, the breakgast is good and the beds are comfortable, the room is clean, the staff is polite.

The hotel was beautiful on the inside with lovely rooms. One of the few hotels that had rooms to accommodate a family of 3 in the same room. Our daughter’s room was privately tucked away behind 2 parlor doors. The beds were very comfortable and the staff friendly. One staff member, Georgina, even gave us recommendations for local charming eateries nearby. The Pizza Vagabond was so authentic that I felt like I was in Naples. The owner was delightful! Nothing really

It’s a beautiful hotel with great location used to get around. Our did come with iron and elevators was out other on last day ,the staff … how do I start. Their check in time is 2:PM , we arrived at 1:30PM ,was told our room is not ready ,no problem we got lunch at restaurant ,came back to the front desk 225PM , was told it’s still not ready because management need check the room ,ok wait for another 30mins and still not ready (front desk zero urgency to even help meanwhile, other people are getting checked in asap ,told we going run errands (because you slash we don’t have all day wait for them ) ,came back to 3:20 finally we could check into a room (1 hour and 20mins later )they could careless , inconvenience, first time in my life that I’ll tell act this way,but ok , check into your room, pretty, super small water bottles (ok ) try to iron my clothes they have no ironing board or iron in the room so we called the front desk 6:PM ask if could set us an iron to our room, they said they would immediately, an hour alter, we had to go because we have dinner reservations, no iron was presented, as we were leaving again put in an order they have an iron brought up to my room. To put a request in.,came back for night at midnight , iron. Next day I have to call him to ask them to please send me an iron upstairs and remind us this is the third time requesting it, finally somebody brought one up 30mins after the 3rd request . WTF , why do I have to beg you for an iron on every hotel even low end one like they have a standard,$300 a night I expect the basics , an epic fail failure. The restaurant: Food was amazing, staff is ok ,but definitely got so many things wrong, the woman sitting next to us got the wrong order twice, thank God we didn’t experience that, them another couple seat on other side did us , I’m doing a meal. They brought me some bread.

Super friendly staff on reception. Alice was particularly good recommending bars and restaurants. Room/shower was great. I thought the location might have been awkward, as it was further out than where I usually stay, but the tram nearby has a very regular service and is only 10 mins into Centraal. Ideally there might have at least one English language channel on the TV but not the end of the world.

Friendly staff and good restaurant vibe. Bigger sign for the hotel, delivery guys got lost.. haha
