Comfortable hotel plenty space massive rooms

Very clean and modern. Right on the canal and a short walk to public transportation. Too far way from the city center. Lots of construction. Hard to get taxis and Ubers to come there. Everything around the property closed at 9pm or earlier.

Good location, clean, friendly staff Showers. The glass is 24” wide and only one panel and the water goes all over the bathroom flooding it enough to flood the entry of the room. Beds are more narrow than a twin bed

The place was wonderful, only a couple stops from the city center. View from our room was gorgeous, the rooms had aircons which were super useful during the heatwave. We didn’t have a chance to try any food or anything but was a very lovely place to stay when visiting. Staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful

Location was a tram ride to everywhere

Awesome steam room and pool First room had 2 twins beds that were on wheels and didn’t stay together and didn’t meet well in the middle. The bathroom was so small that the floor in front of the toilet got wet from the shower (1/2 glass wall) and had to pay for an upgrade.

The view from the hotel reception and outdoor restaurant/ cafe is beautiful , the area is new with nice surrounding neighborhood including some restaurants and cafes. In a few mins walk you reach the tram and in two stations you arrive to Amsterdam Central. The lighting in the room is very bad almost non existent. Our room was near the railways and the noise of the trains was too high since we were in a low floor.

Breakfast was great - plenty of choices. Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was not as close to downtown as we expected, although there is a tram within walking distance. The Sunday morning breakfast staff were not particularly friendly. The room was small considering the cost. Booking in advance only increased the amount.

The few close to the water

Loved the hotel itself. Loved the rooms and amenities. I wasn’t sure about the location as it is a bit farther than i expected from the central area but was quickly won over by how quiet it was and east to get to the central area via Rik side of Amsterdam. So it started out an oops but won me over.

It’s was modern and clean and everything was a decent quality. Great facilities.

Had to ask for room to be cleaned. Lights not working well in the room, sinked was clogged.Would have loved to be able to rent the bikes by hour instead of day. Biggest thing was cleaning the room which means changing the sheets and truly cleaning not just fluffing them. Also I feel like I had to beg for room to be cleaned ...

Staff was good. Room was clean. Location looked close to many things but it was at the end of the road surrounded by canal and train tracks 12-20 euro uber to anything. The room was okay. Bed was not. It was a foam thing that you would slide out of. Not comfortable at all. No coffee machine. Way better options.

Design and location Soft matras and room a bit dark

Friendly staff and beautiful location by the water with easy access to the tram to the city. The only problem i can think of is how difficult I found it to turn on the sauna in the room.
