Boathotel

Very comfortable large 350 sq feet (35 m2). Excellent bed and linens and towels. Clean facilities. Good coffee maker, fridge, microwave.Breakfast was a superb surprise: juice, eggs, baked goods, cheeses, yogurt, cold cuts, 2 buns, fruit delivered to your door at 0730h daily. Enough for a big breakfast and to make 2 large sandwiches to go! We only purchased dinners in Amsterdam centre at night. Boat Hotel was very stable: no motion at all. Bright unit with lots of windows. Very quiet. Fast Internet. Great Netflix and YouTube. Awesome 4 nights for us. Host was very helpful helping us try find tickets to main events. Tram stops 100 meters away that go in all directions. Get all day tram pass. 15 minutes to centre. 40 min to airport. Best to Uber to front door if you have luggage: €30 for 2. Nothing. People with mobility issues: be careful with tall stairs and ramps.

Great location, just 10 mins on the No 22 bus to Centraal. Very quiet indeed. Lovely warm cozy boat-based apartment with underfloor heating. Views over the canal with visiting parakeets. Great breakfast delivered to the door each morning. Ideally positioned for the delights of Javastraat and the nearby local, Bar Joost on Molukkenstraat. An extremely comfortable bed and lovely and clean all round. There was nothing not to like about this accommodation. Superb!

Lovely accommodation with a super host. A houseboat was a welcome change to a hotel and staying on the water had a calming feel to it. Rene was very helpful and the breakfasts he dropped off each morning was great. Would highly recommend staying here. The house boat is in a good location within easy walk of multiple tram stops and bicycle lanes. None

Location from Amsterdam Central. 10 euro uber, don’t take the taxis. On the water, obviously!! Perfect for couples. Rene the host and provider of an amazing breakfast basket by your door every morning. Highly recommend Not a thing

This is a unique experience, with a quiet location and nice scenery from the boat. Bike rental from the property is cheap and very convenient. Rene is an obliging host.

A peaceful house boat 10 minutes by tram from the center. Romantic atmosphere, like you are leaving in another era... Breakfast at your door… Apartment with everything you need.

The location of the flat is very good, close to the city centre (25 minutes by public transport) There is no kitchen as indicated in the flat description (no hotplates and no microwave) No shutters on the windows, the sun rises very early... Boat is not well soundproofed Cleaning is not very well done

Super warm and cosy, loved the under floor heating after a busy day in the rain and cold weather! The boat was Clean and had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Breakfast was lovely and an excellent start to the day. René was a great host. Super helpful. Would love to stay again! Nothing.
