Very comfortable bed and the best rainfall shower with amazing shower pressure. Well connected for public transport. Was directed by receptionist to self check in kiosk where I literally had to activate my own key card

The hotel is very clean, the staff were perfect and very helpful, there’s discount vouchers all in the reception that helped us throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and tidy and the cleaners (if you permit) will be in everyday. The location is right next to the bus stop for a 20 min bus journey into the centre. The pillows were minimal, however we didn’t request more so unsure if you’re able to get more.

I love everything about this hotel , from the welcoming staff at the reception who helped me checked it , to the location , the room and the transportation system nearby . I loved it there .. even stored my luggage for a few days. Nothing honestly , I'd definitely stay there again.

We stayed at this hotel for one night because we had an event/plans nearby, and overall, it was a good and practical stay. The hotel is located in the Amsterdam West / Sloterdijk area. The room was on the smaller side, but it was relatively clean and functional. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept really well. The bathroom was decent, and having amenities like a coffee maker in the room was definitely a nice touch. There were a few minor things. For instance, I did notice a couple of spiderwebs in the corners of the room. But it wasn't a big deal for us at all. Overall, it’s not an over-the-top luxury experience, but it is a solid, clean, and comfortable hotel if you need a reliable place to stay for a night or two.

The location Housekeeping entered my room 4 times regardless I had an late checkout, they didn’t even give me the time to open the door, they were knocking and immediately entering the room they woke me up two times. this’s the only bad experience I had there, overall the location is pretty good and some of the employee was friendly.
