The location is very convenient with plenty of public transport. The rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities. The host was very accommodating and friendly. It wasn't a problem for us, but if you book the room on the 2nd floor the stairs are very narrow and steep.

Good access to the city center by public transport, quiet neighborhood, caring hostess. The very small room with everything you need for a short stay. If the weather doesn't allow to eat breakfast outside, it can be inconvenient.

The host is nice and attentive, the fact that she lived next door is an added bonus. The breakfast was basic but was presented nicely The distance to the city center, the stairs look like an accident waiting to happen, and the fact that we could hear the slightest noise from the other guests and the owner’s dog.

In a quiet residential area. Separate access to the room. It suits a single person as it’s very compact. Breakfast was a nice touch but you have no choices. Was able to leave my bag earlier than check in which was very helpful. It has no double glazing so all outside noises are very evident. It’s a good 20mins on the tram from the centre of Amsterdam, only a 5 min walk to the tram stop.

Good location close to supermarket and restaurants. Breakfast delivered to door every morning and the owner is lovely! Complimentary coffee and tea would be nice, and the stairs to the room upstairs are very steep, not for the feint hearted!

Nothing Stairs hazardous, noisy, main door wouldn’t close securely, bins not empty, no coffee or tea or milk supplied at this bed and breakfast, mouldy window blinds, room too small- property description misleading. The property description lead me to believe that breakfast was included in the accommodation which is the standard at a bnb property.

Parking was free Heating. It was cold, but if we told the host, they would turn on the central heating. However, it was turned off again after an hour.
