Set along the edge of the famous Herengracht canal, Banks Mansion is built in the Amsterdam School architectural style and original features. It offers elegant rooms with a unique all-inclusive concept to give guests a “home away from home” feeling. Flat-screen satellite TV come as standard in the air-conditioned rooms at Banks Mansion. Really enjoyed our stay here. All the staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was really nice. The Room was very comfortable and quiet. Free drinks and sweets and snacks were available in the lobby, this included a full bar, coffee, water soft drinks. We were also provided a free taxi from the airport. Location was excellent as well. I honestly couldn't fault the hotel at all.

It reflected the art deco Amsterdam style hotel. The rooms were sizeable well equipped and clean. Everything worked. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide range of foods. The reception team were excellent and friendly. I would say that the front steps are a challenge for suitcases but either taxi or porter staff were helpful. The free bar and coffee facilities was a nice touch which was used but not exploited. Steps to front door.

A very comfortable hotel and we were always feeling refreshed within minutes after a long day or morning of exploring the city. The facilities and complimentary drinks in reception are great and is also a lovely atmosphere. The room was spacious and had everything we needed and the bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve slept in! Staff were all very helpful and the location was perfect. Not a modern style hotel so a few quirks but nothing to really criticise. Would definitely return.

The all inclusive bar, cheese boards and games in the living were great. The room was cosy, clean and relaxing. Maybe the cooked breakfast options could have been better, but the idea of live cooking is cool.

Location, staff. The snacks and drinks are a welcome after a lot of walking Not having a kettle to make a cup of tea on a morning, having to go to the basement, make your drink then bring it back up in the elevator there were tea facilities in reception but only special blends, no normal English tea and a lot of times no milk. The coffee machine in the room didn’t work properly so it would of been nice to be able to make tea and have a kettle with a little selection of normal tea/coffee milk & sugar which is normal in a lot of hotels

Room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great, good food and plenty to choose from. Super friendly and helpful staff that made the stay even more worth while. Couldn't find anything wrong
