Great location, accommodation and staff!

The reception team was good. It was nice to stay on the top floor. The bathroom was a bit strange. The shower was open to the rest of the bathroom. There was a squeegee to clean the water off the floor. There was no body soap.

The room was very average and not the boutique style expected from booking. I felt something nicer was promised.

Sensor light in the bathroom switches off while in the shower. Also switches on if you go in the middle of the night waking the rest.

Location, location, location. Lay out of room made it very awkward to manage two people especially when attempting to access bathroom

The location, the staff in general, and specially the front desk- very helpful, attentive to our requests. Extremely clean, comfortable and specious room. Nothing. Everything was beyond our expectations.

Breakfast, location and staff were great. Cleanliness, noise and amenities were not satisfactory The room had dirty, stained walls. The dooor looked like it had been prayed open, closet door broken. House cleaning left a squeege in the bathroom. No iron or ironing board or luggage rack in room. Room was extremely noisy. Situated behind reception area with no door sweep or soundproofing. Lobby music did not go off until after 1am and started up at 6am.

The location is excellent! You walk out of the hotel and either way you walk you have so much. Walking distance to just about everything. Albus Hotel made my Amsterdam experience even better! I most definitely will stay here again on my next trip to Amsterdam. N/A

Very basic room with smelly and wet bathroom. Not much furniture like table or space to keep things. Staff is ok but not much to help in a new place. Daily cleaning is bad, looks like they did not touch most of the things to clean. Can be 2 star hotel at less price.

City center. Boutique hotel, great coffee. Very small bathroom. No counter space.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel was centrally located and an easy to walk to the museums and close to flower market. The room was large, bed comfortable. Easy to adjust room temperature. I had a wonderful meal at the restaurant SENSES next to the hotel. Highly recommend their “tasting” menu. Very delicious and reasonably priced.
