The modern concept was great. Nothing

Setup of the room was a little strange but we found it interesting and made it work. Times that housekeeping came was inconsistent so it was hard to plan around when to be out of the room to get it cleaned. (Sometimes they would come at noon, sometimes as late as 4pm). A little far from the center of Amsterdam.

very convenient to the combined train / metro station. restaurants conveniently located between the hotel and train station. contemporary design, lots of places to sit and work or visit, great staff, fast checkin and out. as a woman travelling alone for business I felt very safe in this neighborhood. ipad controlled the room - it was very cool and effective. I streamed my personal netflix to the large tv hanging over the bed. king bed was up against the side wall - good for families so kids don't fall out or sleepwalk. staff was really great. more privacy for the toilet. evening food could have been better - grab and go sandwich was disappointing. breakfast looked nice but very expensive. everyone on staff needs to be trained to not say room numbers out loud.

Great big bed with comfortable pillows and blankets. Ver friendly staff. Good location with easy access to the city and to get to places outside Amsterdam. Hotel lobby and hang out areas are done very nicely The see through shower and toilet cubicles in the room are not great. No privacy and makes the room really small. Tiny sink also not useful at all.

The bed and the size of it was amazing The rooms are really tiny. Luckily I travelled alone bc otherwise the „bathroom“ is pretty revealing

Unorthodox room planning but still comfortable

Everything was great

The staff was extremely attentive and always found ways to make you feel well taken care of. The facilities are modern, and everything feels clean and efficient. Check-in was very easy, and check-out was just as smooth. I also appreciated the detail of being able to borrow umbrellas at no extra cost unfortunately, we had a rainy day, so that was very helpful One thing I didn’t love was that the room felt small. I understand the concept is to have very compact rooms, but since I was traveling with my girlfriend and luggage, there came a point where it felt like there wasn’t much space to put additional items.

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. I liked the option on the room controls to do a meditation based on my mood, and the lights and music changed accordingly. The food was lovely, not a massive selection but what I had was lovely. Breakfast was open from 6-11 which was ideal! The location was perfect for the RAI (where my event was), very close to Amsterdam Zuid train station and very quick to get to the airport. The room was a little cramped and might have been too small if I hadn't been travelling alone.

Lovely friendly staff I had paid a few months before in full for 3 rooms and was subsequently charged for 5. While it was sorted out and I was refunded we were without money for the last few days of our trip.

Very digital savvy. Simple, clean and comfortable. The separate toilet and shower are literally in the room, with blurred glass. Not for everyone, specially if 2 people are in the room.

It was ok, the reception pretty nice and the staff very very nice. However, the room was a bit unfomfortable, if u are not staying alone it s very akward, the toilet and the shower and also the heating was not working in my first room…. And it was so cold, had to move to another room where the shower was not working there The room/ the way it s made/ no privacy. The heating in the rooms takes too long to reach the right temperature and it s freaking cold. The shower was not working. The toilet was not very clean.

The king sized bed was very comfortable, location is excellent ( near the Zuid Station), staff went out of their way to be helpful and lots of quiet common spaces to relax and work.
