Spacious accommodations, very comfy beds! Decent size bathroom and plenty of towels for all. Temperature was a bit hard to control; I wish windows openers; Would have liked a bit more dish soap / dishwasher tabs.

The location was great. The accommodation was the right size for our group. I appreciate being able to drop off luggage early. The dishwasher did not work. I do not think the quality of stay was worth the price.

We had a mouse in our room!!

I wish there was air conditioning. When we first entered our rooms, it was quite hot, and there was a persistent smell throughout our stay. Air conditioning or fans would have helped eliminate the smell. We tried to open the windows to help get rid of the smell but they were secured with a rope for safety reasons, so you could only open them about 2 inches.

The grounds could be better kept

Compact yet very convenient apartment, on a very good tram line (tram 7), easy access to city centre. Bedding comfortable, good kitchen equipment. Responsive staff. Good wifi. There is no washing machine in the apartment, but there is access to machines in the basement so it is only a minor inconvenience.

The Location and Park nearby Cleanness, The bed shit and pillow was very dirty and you could easily see the stains on the pillow from long time ago and they didn’t change it. The mattress was discomfort because it was old and reformed.

The only drawback was that the apartment we got was 1.5 bath, and it would have been nice to have an extra bathroom as there were six of us

Nothing It doesn’t match the description plus the AC is not working properly plus you have to book for the breakfast time. You cannot come anytime you want. And the apartment are not clean.

Bed for the kids. It is not comfortable. Breafast option. It could be open buffet.

Excellent

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. The location was excellent—easy to access public transportation and the city center while still being in a peaceful neighborhood. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly appreciated the positive atmosphere throughout our stay. Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike. Our stay was very enjoyable, and we had a wonderful experience from beginning to end.

I am very disappointed with the slow response and handling of this issue by your staff. The air conditioning in our room was not working, and although I contacted your team many times, we were neither moved to another room nor provided with a proper repair solution. We stayed for four nights and had to endure all four nights without air conditioning. The room was extremely hot, stuffy, and lacked proper ventilation. My children were unable to sleep at night because of the heat and discomfort. Despite my repeated messages, your staff only provided us with one small fan at first. It was not until the final night of our stay that we finally received three fans. This level of service was very disappointing and did not meet our expectations.

Clean

Overall, we had a great stay. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and excellent value for money. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the location was convenient, and the neighborhood was nice with several great restaurants nearby. The only thing I wish had been made clearer before booking concerns the layout of the two-bedroom apartment. While it is advertised as a two-bedroom apartment with a sofa bed in the living room, the bedrooms are connected by a long hallway and there are no proper doors separating the spaces. This means there is very little privacy between the bedrooms and the living area. If you’re a family or a group of close friends, this probably won’t be an issue. However, if you’re traveling as two couples or with people who value privacy, it’s something you should be aware of. We weren’t expecting this from the listing, and I think it would be helpful if the layout and lack of privacy were described more clearly. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the property.

The location is excellent, and the apartment is very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff are extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. The bus stop and supermarket are conveniently located nearby, making it easy to get around and shop. Overall, everything was excellent, and I had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this place.
