Very wide apartment,3 bathrooms, air conditioning also the persons responsible for the apartment were very kind and helped us in carrying our heavy bags No elevator as the property was in the city center

The location and the apartment had all the amenities we were looking for. There weren’t good instructions for all of appliance heating systems etc, tv streaming and cable didn’t work, shower drains were clogged, the safe didn’t work as well as a number of other minor maintenance issues. The owner says these issues are all being addressed but they made our stay not as comfortable

There were some disappointing aspects. Response times to maintenance or service issues were very slow, and it often took several days for problems to be addressed. In addition, the behavior and attitude of the property manager were not professional and made the experience less pleasant than expected.

Stairs were slippery when wet

Great Location on Damrak main street. Stayed in Apartment 4 . & I was Blessed to Have met My Great Italian Neighbors in apartment 3 who also live in My country ? Exhausting stairs to reach and slippery if its raining , So Dirty, small rooms & living room doesnt match the picture from what i booked , no wardrobes, no place to set ur bags & shoes , my bed wasnt fixed when i checked in , hard cheap pillows that would easily give u neck ache , old beds and uncomfy cheap mattresses and covers , garbage was left full in the kitchen when i received the place , and left over bottles and dirty towels were hung behind the living room door ! No bath tubs. They only give u 1 key . Too noisy u can hear every footsteps & the view is on the markets road so u cant have a good sleep cz every morning there’s trucks that clean garbages &bottles &more , & u can literally hear it all so loud & the people are too noisy too all day & night . Bathroom on 2nd floor is rapped with duck tape.Dish washer was not always working. No floor wiping tools , no clear sets of kitchen tools its all about pieces & many where dirty . No laundry Soap was provided, I had to ask 2 times to get toilet papers cz the first time they ignored me , towels are so dirty with stains so disgusting, Room Window opens on the terrace & the stairs where everyone enters so Zero privacy. No one helps u with ur luggage when u check out , no do not disturb sign so few times they walked in while i was asleep which is so annoying, I would give this place a 1 star rating cz I Paid too much money expecting the best but I was shocked that its not worth the money spent there . 4500euros+ was spent on waist on this place . Atleast Make this place look like a 5 star we deserve luxury for the amount paid not trash & very cheap quality furnishings.

The rooms were great, and the location couldn't be better. Our host met us and even showed us around the neighborhood, which was amazing and quite unexpected! Beds weren't too comfortable, and we didn't have enough trash bags or toilet paper. Luckily, the grocery store was just a few feet away!

Amazing location, modern facilities, bathroom for every room. Nothing

Great 2 bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. 1/2 bath & full kitchen Living/kitchen area poorly designed but functional. Too much furniture. 52 stairs to unit but as to be expected.

The way in and out was exhausting.

- Shower handle was broken, so had to shower with one hand the entire time, informed the staff they said they'd fix it - wasn't fixed during our stay and there was someone staying in the place right after us too - Towels and sheets were stained - Mice and rats frequent the balcony often - entrance of the building is super inconvenient, you either walk through the pizza place past the bathrooms or these unstable broken stairs from the outside - Free water bottles they left for us in the fridge were dirty, they did replace them for us but it means it wasn't checked before we checked in (pictured) - Bed is two smaller beds stuck together so you can't really sleep comfortably in the middle - balcony chair is broken and missing a leg - safety box locked so unable to use the entire trip

Location is great. Access was ok. Outside staircase is tough when wet. Outside space was good but could use more seating. Rooms were a small especially for the bed size It was hard to find space for suitcases. A microwave would have been appreciated.

Great location! Amazing space for the city center. Perfect for our group. It was Comfortable and. Well equipped. Few towels and several had holes in them. Window in living room was broken.

Excellent location in the center of old Amsterdam. And it was very quiet. Spacious apartment, nice kitchen and dining area. Any questions we had were answered quickly. It would be helpful if there were instruction manuals for the oven and the washer/dryer combination. The appliances and how they work are not familiar to travelers from the US.

Spacious flat with a most perfect location. Quiet and comfortable despite being so close to the high street. Hans and his colleagues are super friendly and helpful. My family spent 10 days in the flat and they are always there to help.
