The service was excellent. Staff are lovely. Rooms are nice. It was not as clean but acceptable. Rooms and bathrooms are very tiny. No place to stow away strollers.

Great location, helpful staff especially Igor! He was very kind and made our staying felt like home.

Great location, extremely comfortable. Staff were helpful and congenial. The air conditioning was a huge bonus as temperatures were so hot when we visited. The terrace was lovely and the added bonuses such as a welcoming drink and happy hour snacks were thoughtful touches.

Breakfast was outstanding. Location was very good also, within walking distance of where we wanted to go. Rooms were cozy, but just right for two people. Everything was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning in the room worked very well. The honor bar was also quite nice. The staff that we dealt with were all very friendly. Also, the lift to the top floor was much appreciated. all was great!

Good location on a quiet street- close to transit. Rooms were nice/ lounge was a lovely place to sit. Beds were comfortable, breakfast great and staff lovely! Rooms need to make better use of space- more hooks are needed to hang towels for instance. Only two hooks close together in the bathroom so towels needed to be replaced daily rather than reused bc they couldn’t dry.

The location was ideal for visiting multiple neighborhoods, coffee shops and restaurants. The people were amazing.

Great location, very nice breakfast and honors bar with board games. Comfy bed. Room was pretty small, even by EU standards. Shower was tiny. Lobby up three steps.

The staff at DeWare Jacob were all very kind and helpful. We were given all of the directional information we needed and they were helpful in organizing our transportation. It is in a quiet and safe neighborhood which made us feel good about walking to and from dinner at nearby restaurants. The room was very warm and we had issues with no a/c. But that was rectified by delivering us a couple of fans. They were quick to respond and help us to be comfortable.

The property was just perfect & made our first family trip to the city memorable. The room was spacious, clean, and beds were extremely comfortable. It exceeded our expectations. The staff was best we have experienced and it was an absolute pleasure to talk to them. Just an overall great experience - we will be staying here again!!! N/a

We absolutely loved our stay here. It is in an incredible part of the city, easy access by public transportation and lovely to walk around with lots of great restaurants and shops. The staff went above and beyond for us. Our flight home got cancelled and we stayed several extra days and they could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Our kids loved the bunk beds and we loved having the comfortable king bed room. Could not recommend it more. We hope to be back! NA
