Location. Stairs were the steepest I’ve ever seen at a hotel ! The bed covers full of hair, bathroom too.

The entrance was next to and alley a little bit dark and my room was on a 3er floor, small and narrow stairs, and difficult to get inside with my luggage and go out

The location is great in the city center, but hard to find the hotel at the beginning, it’s in very small branched street The stairs are horrible I didn’t imagine how it was, my son slide down on them and get injured in his elbow hands & knee, there’s no minibar in the room , no AC , we were in the last floor and there’s opening in the roof which allows light in very early , so we can’t take our sleep well because of early light

Room was spacious Very steep steps and carrying a suitcase up was a massive risk! Absolutely shocking that this was not information available at time of booking.
