Excellent customer service! Went above and beyond!

The location was excellent for us as we anted to be close to the kosher shops and restaurants. There were also two big supermarkets very close by. It was close to the tram lines and made traveling into the center to see the sights very easy and efficient. The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful and able to give us directions to wherever we asked.

Pastry was nice.

Great location! Shops, restaurants, parks and public transportation are all right there. Easy 10 min ride into the city. South Train station is also there. Staff is are super nice and helpful. Breakfast is great and vey convenient for the whole family.

Desk staff were very friendly and assisted with every issue I had. Close to stores and public transportation. Room cleaning services did an excellent job. AC is not that good, had to ask for a fan to keep cool.

Clean and comfortable. Free breakfast. Short ride to the airport and to city center. No fridge in the rooms.

The location is good but the Air conditioning in summer is awful! The A/C was not working and on a summer day we come to relax but it was very hot and uncomfortable for our short stay The Airconditioning in our room was not working and I paid so much and couldn’t even get a good nights sleep. The front desk did not even shift us to a better room saying the airconditioning is broken in all rooms! The fans they provided were not very effective to sleep in the hot room

The evening staff, especially Alexandre, were very helpful, made coffees etc. The complimentary breakfast was great. A quiet location adjacent to a very nice supermarket, in easy reach of public transportation. The cycle hire doesn't have enough cycles.

The staff was exceptional . They are always willing to help and go above and beyond . One even said we are here to help . Which is not common to hear from a hospitality staff. The front guest staff Rachelle, Alexandra, Victor and another lady whose name I forgot deserves a big kudos . For doing their job well. The property is so accessible to the tram and there’s 2 supermarkets near. The air conditioning, it’s centralized and turns off once it reaches the set temp. We reached out to the staff and they did all they can to fix it. But this is minimal , even with this problem will still stay again in this property.

The staff was friendly and helpful

Room was clean and that was the only good thing about the hotel. Very poor facility (broken coffee machines, long queues, one day even there was no knife available), breakfast (very limited and low quality breakfast) and service.

The breakfast was mid.

It was in a quieter area, but was still very convenient. There is an Albert Heijn, a Kruidvat, and a tram stop at the end of the block. The parking lot is EasyPark compatible and free after 19:00 and on Sundays. Free breakfast is always a plus. And Alexandra at the front desk is awesome! There are not many restaurants or much shopping in the area. If you’re looking for these things or nightlife right outside your door, this isn’t the area you want. (But if you’re looking for something more lowkey like we were, this is great!)
