Wonderful accommodations, great beds and baths and breakfast. Excellent location. Elegant decor and professional staff. The family room was perfect for our two teenaged kids - though our kids are tall and the bunks were a little short.

It was really clean and tide.

Staff eagerly provided an amazing level of service. Our wonderful large room was on the first floor. If it had been in the basement or one of the upper floors, the stairs are almost impossible for an elderly person—very steep and the risers are crazy narrow.

Staff was great, rooms were clean but it was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. My husband was barely able to move around. Size of the room was terrible

Staff were super helpful and friendly. Easy check-in and allowed me to store my bags post-checkout. Bed was really comfortable and loved the shower. Location is right off a beautiful canal and close to everything.

Location is very good. Staff is helpful and the hotel is very cozy Maybe cozy too much The room was way too small... we were alocated a -1 leve room lower that the street but this was OK. The size was TOO SMALL for a Euros 900/night room ! Hotel has also nothing like gym. Breakfast only continental although staff is very helpfull Overall too much money for the benefit. In comparison we stayed 2 . 3x at the Pulitzer that is a bit more expense but offers much more

The family room for 4 people was very spacious and well laid out. My kids loved the bunk beds! There was tons of a storage in the room. The property is very unique and quaint. A perfect location for walking and jumping on the train.

Staff and location Ciling bathroom need maintenance

This is possibly the best hotel in all of Amsterdam!!! The rooms are beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. The staff is outstanding and made our family feel so incredibly welcome. The kitchen area is lovely and pleasant to sit in. We will 100% stay here again when we return to Amsterdam. Absolutely nothing!!

Beautiful rooms; quiet location.

Everything about this hotel is superb. The staff are so helpful, friendly and accommodating. Every corner of the hotel is gorgeous. The breakfast was delicious and the beds are comfortable. We felt truly pampered. And the location is very easy for walking and public transport. I can't think of a single thing that could have made our stay better.
