Stairs are very steep and there is no elevator. We had to go up two floors.

My partner and I were very lucky. We had room 2 on the ground floor, which opened out to the back patio area. As well as coffee making facilities in the room, the hotel has a kitchenette in the reception area when open. The staff were great and very helpful. We enjoyed our week's stay enormously.

We love the fact this hotel was away from the craziness of the city center but easy to get to thanks to the Tram #2. It was also easy to get to it via the city bus #397 from and to the airport. We could hear the doors slamming and people walking above us. Also, no elevator and tight stairs but it is manageable.

I loved how conveniently located it was to Vondelpark and to the tram. It made getting around super easy! The rooms are basic but comfortable. It was also very nice that they cleaned my room every day I was there. No AC but you get a fan so that helps!

Location was amazing only 2 min walk from tram stop, staff were lovey, rooms were big and airy , free tea and coffee downstairs along with lovely courtyard area

Excellent and quiet location. It’s a 2 minute walk to the tram that takes you to Centraal Station. Very near Museumplein, Vondelpark, and has many interesting spots, café and restaurants around. Bathroom in my room was old but clean nonetheless, however there was no exhaust so it can smell a bit. Floor was quite dusty. Doesn’t have air-conditioning although there’s a small fan that doesn’t stay still. Wish the lounge area was open after business hours

The location was great. The tram stop was next to a hotel which is amazing for easy travel in and around the city. Walking distance from RAI which was my main target for the convention. Room was quiet and had a balcony which was nice. The pictures showed nice modern rooms with high specs which I guess is in the main hotel, but I was given room B in the second building which was quite outdated and did not fulfill my expectations. There were stains on the carpet and on the curtains. Had to fiddle with the shower knobs to get the needed shower temperature. I wasn’t planning to watch TV, but the only time I found out it wasn’t actually working. I feel like there is an issue with the cable. And the lighting was poor and quite faint in the room.
