Location is good Lock out after midnight without key card which means you can be stuck outside

Very Great location. The staff was so friendly. The room size was perfect for two adults. But we faced some difficulties with our luggage as the room isn't at the same building with the elevator so we had to lift them up and down some stairs ( equal to one floor) Elevator is not connected with the rooms and you have to lift your luggage up and down

Really all was good, the rooms are small. I got upgraded to a twin room which was great. Beds clean and comfy, bathroom great, very quiet, slept great. Staff great! No faults

Everything about this hotel is nice. The room was very small, but had a great view! Which I guess is the main reason we booked it in the first place. Staff was excellent. Location was great.

Too small

The only positive thing about this hotel was its location. Unfortunately, almost everything else was disappointing. The room was extremely small and uncomfortable, much smaller than expected. The hotel was not clean enough, and the overall condition felt old and poorly maintained. It was very inconvenient to reach the elevator because we had to carry our luggage up and down several flights of stairs first. The reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. When we raised our concerns, we were simply told, “This is a 3-star hotel, that’s how it is,” instead of receiving any assistance or understanding. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and hospitality were far below expectations.

They charged me the deposit fee without giving me a reason as to why
-
Close to Central Station
-
The room was clean, modern, and well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the availability of baggage storage after checkout was a great convenience. Climbing the stairs with a large suitcase was a bit challenging.
-
This is the smallest room and worst hotel I have ever stayed in the whole world. I didn't sleep for two nights! The room is extremely cramped. The staff told me I should tell hotel how many luaguages

The property was central to everything you needed in Amsterdam. The train station was extremely close food and all the attractions were easily accessible. Our room was extremely tiny and the AC would sometimes cut off at night, leaving us waking up in sweat.
-
Very close to train station and the city center. The puzzled stairs.
-
Location, cleanliness, staff, amenities Spiral staircase within unit connecting bedrooms upstairs with bathroom downstairs. I had my arm in a sling and couldn’t navigate so slept of loveseat which wasn’t ideal
-
It's too expensive

I loved that it was so close to everything in Amsterdam, especially the train station. It was a very small room, more than expected, but very clean.
