Positives are one staff member was very friendly. And location is great Hotel was awful. I wasnt looking for faults but you couldn't avoid the. Broken, filthy soap dispenser in shower. Broken, empty hand soap dispenser. Broken floor tiles. Broken wall tiles, tons of holes.all over bathroom walls..filthy shower edges by the door. Chipped.paint everywhere. Filthy under our bed with a food wrapper that wasnt ours. Fridge didnt work..replaced it. Still didnt work. Had medication I couldn't refrigerate. Had a 3 sleeper room which is definitely the same size as a 2 sleeper but with a 3rd bed crammed in. Tiny, pointless.desk and 1 chair. No cupboard to unpack clothes. Extremely dangerous large windows that small kids could fall oit of. Nowhere to move with our luggage. So we had to be out all day. Common areas are filthy, old paint, dirty plastic plants. Carpets disgusting.and with big pumps and creases in them. First impression of reception was awful. A receptionist should be trained in customer service, be welcoming, have a hotel uniform, a professional desk. There was none of this. He was eating and when I asked some information he told me to.google it. Cheap feeling reception with a vending machine. Breakfast was basic. Felt like a hostel. People coming and going all night..ancient cheap doors meant I got no sleep. Great location next to park. But no nightlife and nowhere to get food if you need a snack. In thr evening.

Wonderful location around the museum district, restaurants, trams, and shopping. The room had screens on the windows so we could keep them open for breezes. Small bathroom. It bathroom functioned well enough. There was mold on the bottom seam of the shower.

The location is decent, not as close to the tram but is walkable, its close to the main park of the city so that is a huge plus, the room has the space for one person but the bed has the size for two The fact that you have a coffee machine but don't provide water, the lack of USB ports in big 2026 even hostels provide them nowadays, some kind of mold on the shower, also you can feel some kind of cigarrette smell on the room once you enter. As my time on the hotel (June/2026) they were doing some renovations, so you can feel like home on a sunday morning with your neighboor using the drill, this was horrible for someone jet-lagging. You don't have power plugs close to the bed in order to use your phone while charging

Very accommodating for our circumstances.

כלום הגענו ביקשנו להחליף חדר כי קיבלנו חדר מטר על מטר אמרו שאין ביקשנו לעזוב

The property is convenient to Vondelpark. We stayed 1 night when it was 80 degrees. There is no A/C. There was only a small fan & the windows barely opened so it was abysmally hot in the room. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. Nor was the carpet in the bedroom. The shower was very tiny & to make the hair dryer work you had to constantly press a button which wasn’t easy to do.

There is no air conditioning and the refrigerator did not work.
-
Clean and well maintained Nothing, it served the purpose
-
I should have known to book a place with air conditioning, but didn’t think to screen for it. The basement rooms are crazy hot and stuffy. People smoke right by the window and so sometimes the little fresh air you do get is not so fresh after all
-
I liked the location and the room was nice. Small bathroom and no safe.
-
Staff is really friendly, location awesome I was in room 61 next to bagage room so I was up all night due to people leaving early and dropping their luggage.
-
Great location! Nothing.

The location and breakfast are great! The room size is small but doable. Room size can be bigger but I don't know it's possible.
-
Way way overpriced (as everything in Amsterdam), not very clean and tiny rooms. Breakfast probably isn’t worth it either

Hotel location is close to Museumplein, trams, and the beautiful park at the end of the cul-de-sac. Breakfasts were varied and delicious. The front desk staff took care of our interests, especially Na'im and Erich. Our room after the transfer was very comfortable. Twin beds were a bit narrow but acceptable. We booked the hotel 119 days in advance (according to Booking.com notification) and only requested twin beds. We arrived late in the evening and were given the smallest room we have ever stayed in. Barely space for one suitcase, and the second blocked the entrance to the door. We complained and were advised to check again in the morning. We were very upset that we paid over EU 200 a night and got such a tiny room even though we booked the hotel 4 months in advance. The next morning, we were moved to a very spacious room and enjoyed our stay.

All was perfect

The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. The location was wonderful. Nothing

Pretty good place to stay There should be larger wardrobe and a night table with drawer. Shower should be better.
