Love this hotel Just needs little TLC

Clean sheets and room cleaned everyday. The location for museums and restaurants was perfect. There was no air conditioning. Room was very hot and fans just blew hot air around.

The location was excellent. Everything I needed was within about a five-minute walk, which made getting around the city extremely convenient. The price was also very reasonable, especially considering such a central and convenient location. Overall, very good value for money. The staff could have been a little friendlier and more welcoming towards guests. Another issue was the lack of air conditioning. I was lucky that the weather was relatively cool during my stay, but when I first arrived, the room was extremely hot and uncomfortable, with only a limited number of fans available. I was also surprised by the relatively high city tax charged separately from the booking price. I would have appreciated this additional cost being made clearer when booking, so there were no unexpected charges upon arrival.

It has a great location. The room was super clean as well, which is the main thing I want. There was complimentary tea, and the bag drop was super handy. The staff were friendly. I don't have any complaints.

This hotel is in the perfect location for exploring the middle of Amsterdam. Just a 5 minute walk from the tram station, and plenty of restaurants in the area (Hard Rock, Casino, Bulldog, etc). Staff is always very friendly, room was immaculately clean, and even though it's not air conditioned, there were multiple fans in the room for use. Didn't have breakfast this time, but from past experience, the breakfast is plentiful and varied, a bit pricey, but definitely ample to satisfy any taste. Will always choose this hotel for visits to Amsterdam.
