Location is awesome, had canal view which was gorgeous. Staff was really nice. The room was small. Decor style was reflected in photos but in reality was lacking finesse and was not really high end, even seemed outdated/shabby. The hallway smelled bad. In need of renovation. No attention to detail - coffee / tea available 24/7 but no takeaway cups for guests checking out early…

Beautifully decorated, very comfortable hotel in central location with friendly and helpful staff. The canal view rooms are light and bright with a high standard of amenity awell worth the additional expense and in my view very good value for money for central stay in large, major city

The room and the overall experience was amazing. Location was perfect and we really enjoyed it. The valet parking could have been better described. Cash only proved slightly challenging and I was told a higher price than what was originally mentioned. I would ask that you reevaluate the parking deck restriction on hybrid vehicles (as well as EVs). We had to change some of out plans due to the difficulty of not being able to park onsite.

This hotel has charm it’s eccentric. It’s beautifully decorated in a bold and charming way. I loved all the faux flowers. I loved the Floral upholstery and of course I love the cats who are residents of this hotel.
