Quiet and clean, and location is perfect. The dingle room that I was staying was extremely small. It was only a foot wider than the single bed. It did not have closet, and not even a hook on the wall to hang my coat.

The girl working at reception was very friendly and helpful, she even moved our luggage into our room as soon as the checking started. The place is located very conveniently close to everything, is very quiet, and we had amazing views of the canal outside.

location, cozyness of the room (canal view)and superb breakfast without having to pay extra charge staff was a little bit cold

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Especially the lady in the reception. Bed was not very comfortable.

Fantastic, quiet location within a few minutes walk distance to the center of town. A great spot for a solo traveller or for a couple exploring the city. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was very clean with nice toiletries. The breakfast pastries were delicious, especially the cheese croissants. I've been to Amsterdam a few times, and will definitely look up this hotel for my next trip.

Location was great. just coffee, juice and rolls in the morning. This isn't really a criticism as it was in an old building and the stairs were short depth and it was very steep. We were three flights up. I was able to get the suitcase up 2, but couldn't make the third. The desk clerk did the rest. They brought them down after a three night stay. I would caution anyone with issues about climbing stairs to choose another hotel.

When we arrived we discovered very quickly that the photos and descriptions on line did not match what we had booked. A woman who was outside showed us how to get inside. We were given room 1 and the room was so small I could not even find a space to open my suitcase. There also is a wardrobe that creates a very narrow path that it hard to maneuver around. I would not recommend this room for 2 people because of how tiny it is. Better for a single person.

These folks have checkin streamlined! Download the contactless key app and u get a text when room ready and a blue tooth key code for outside door and room. The room was great right on a canal and near eaverything. The staff is lovely with a nice little breakfast and luggage storage for morning of departure. Our shower had a bit of difficulty draining but we still would highly recommend this lovely place, it is a canal house after all.

Loved the location, room was very clean, and was upgraded to a room with a view of the canal Bathroom light was broken so it was hard to see

I love this little hotel. This was my third time there. I will definitely stay there the next time I visit Amsterdam. The stairs get harder as my years progress. But that is the charm of this lovely hotel.

Great location 3 rooms: 1 - toilet did not work 2 - bed hollowed out 3 - screeching pipes in the shower

Hotel was very clean throughout. Storage in the room was good. including a personal safe. The complementary breakfast was adequate - fruit juice, yogurt, various croissant and coffee. Location was excellent - walking distance to all major sights. We were able to leave our cases in the reception area on our final day. Room was extremely small and warm. Fortunately we could open the window. En suite also very small but adquate.

The staff was extremely helpful. The location was good too, and having coffee and croissants in the morning was wonderful. Going up to the top floor - 4 flights of stairs

Fantastic location, close to everything! Very kind staff, fantastic coffee machine that makes cappuccinos, espressos etc, complimentary continental breakfast. Excellent wifi The stairs would be too much for some people as they are very steep and four levels. I was on the top floor and don’t mind climbing stairs and I did have some help getting my luggage up to the top.
