i would like it more if there was a little couch to chill on because i did not want to sit on the clean bed with my outside clothes. Also there should've been more towels in the room (like the towel placed on the floor /mat in the shower) and also for drying hands a little hand towel might be nice in the room.

Cool location and architecture! We found bed bugs - big yikes. Staff accidentally held my passport after check in and never contacted me or came to my room, even though when I went down to collect it they had attached a piece of tape with my room number on it and the booking was under my name. Unsure why they didn’t attempt to contact me after I panic searched everywhere for it - over an hour.

The staff were not kind at all. From my first day, I informed them that the bathroom drain was completely clogged, but they took no action. On the morning of my third day, I requested a three-day extension because of an emergency, but they refused. Between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., they knocked on my door more than four times, and in the end they made me pay a late checkout fee.

Clean and comfortable hotel with a decent location for the area of Amsterdam. Showers were hot and soap was a high quality. The beds were comfortable and the lighting set up was nice. Staff was no super helpful overall. I was there for a local triathlon and they didn't make any accommodations for the event (like making breakfast earlier). No tea in the room and not enough cups that matched the size of the coffee maker. A kitchenette, but no silverware.

The room had a lot of space, it was very clean and the cleaning staff came regularly to change the sheets and towels. The staff was super nice and willing to help and the cafeteria/bar was very cozy and the coffee was delicious. It's not very close to the center but the neighborhood is very quiet.

Nice niche modern style. Metro is 10 mins walk and ~30 min total travel to central Good location but have to walk through a very dark canal although it still felt safe regardless!

Super friendly staff, they were able to take our bags to be stored until checking in, room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was easy to get to the center of the city from the Metro stop not far from the hotel Far from city(1 h walk if you want to walk everywhere)
