Cozy building. Guests were respectful. It remained quiet while I was there. Great location. Very nice staff. Air conditioning was very welcome and worked great. Nothing.

Excellent food and beverages. Good service by the staff. We enjoyed sitting in the dining room/lobby and watching the bicycle traffic go by! Climate control. Room was always cold - it appears the boiler was turned off so the only heat was from overhead. It was an unusually cold week and this wasn't enough. But staff brought an extra blanket, which helped.

A very pleasant hotel in a great location.I could walk to many cafes,attractions.The staff were very helpful and kind.The small room was all I needed.All areas of the hotel were immaculate and very comfortable.Great coffee at any time of day.

The staff there are very friendly and very accommodating. The location is great - I felt like I was a local rather than a tourist. On my next trip to Amsterdam I will be staying here again.

Good location which is why we chose it. Room was tiny, not even a place to sit. Breakfast was basically adequate at best. We were allowed to check in early but took a room that didn’t have a jacuzzi and when I Tried to ask, in a follow up email, why the rate was the same, we got no answer, just a rather nasty “we let you check in early what did you expect.”

Its location: it’s on the main road very close to the tram which makes it PERFECT Breakfast was Okay

The room was small but clean. The bed was very comfortable. The location was in a very lively neighborhood with different grocery stores and restaurants. It was very near the tram line which made it easy to get to. The room was a bit small.

The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was lovely, the beds were comfortable! And the elevator was a treat! Nothing - all great!
