Nice location if you want to go to the Amsterdam center on foot or by tram. A lot of shops and restaurants around. Very friendly staff. Had to move to another room because the flush of our toilet would not stop which is noisy after a while. New room ? One of the door-windows would not close (repaired with celotape ????) and the main window is slightly shattered. Main problem: it's like no one knows or sees apart from us :)

The beds were very comfortable, and the location was ok but not close to all attractions. There was no mini bar in the room , provide Tissue box in the room . Washing sink is very small .

Location was good - close to great cafes and public transit Our Mosaic hotel room 133 had bed bugs and the room cleanliness was lacking. My daughter was bitten on day 2 of a 4 day stay but we did not realize what they were until we saw 2 bugs on the bed on our last day. Our room was across the hall from an infested room and the hotel did not disclose this issue to us when we reserved our room. The hotel confirmed they had a known issue with bed bugs for a while but did not show adequate concern or compassion for the health and safety risk they exposed us to. We should have been notified of the bug issue especially in the assigned room and floor. At minimum the hotel should have relocated us from the 1st floor and been transparent about the issue instead of exposing innocent guests to the health risk and grief of dealing with bed bugs and ruining what should have been a great trip. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.

Our stay at Hotel Mosaic Amsterdam was a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in an excellent area a quiet and pleasant neighborhood that offers the perfect balance between relaxation and easy access to the city’s attractions. There are plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants, and tram stops nearby, making it very convenient to explore Amsterdam. One of the biggest advantages of the location is that many popular sights are within walking distance. The beautiful park, the Van Gogh Museum, and other city highlights can be reached with a pleasant short walk, while public transport connections make getting around the city very easy. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They were always ready to assist with any questions and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely maintained, with a comfortable atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable hotel in a great location with excellent service.
