Nothing My room was robbed. Probably by the staff who wanted a further €78 despite me having paid my bill in full when booking. I refused to pay and when I got to my room 10 x 50g packets of duty free tobacco were missing

The location is good I had no stay, after more than an hour waiting for someone to check me into the hotel I gave up and had to make a new reservation at the last minute with elevated prices. This is of course after hauling all my luggage up insane flight of stairs… two days later I received an email from the property letting me know my room was ready…

Literally nothing. Staff are rude. They say to put out the sign to have your room cleaned, we did so every single morning and it was never cleaned. Never given new towels or anything. The room is disgusting and ridiculously hot, like actually unsafe hot. No fan or anything. You can’t ask anyone anything because the staff are never around even though the reception is open until 10pm. The constant yelling and screaming from other people living there and on the street means you cannot sleep combined with how hot it is. I was so close to leaving the accomodation early because of it. There was a lady literally on our floor, when a dog in the foyer walking around pissing everywhere while she was dragging a bucket of water around and spilling it everywhere. Worst place I’ve ever stayed at.

"Quirky" is the best word to describe this. It is a typical 'thin-but-tall' Amsterdam town house converted to a great boutique hotel. The staff were fantastic, the breakfast (€10 extra) plentiful, tea and coffee available in the lounge all day. Thew photo is of the lounge - so many interesting ornaments My room was up 60-or-more stairs and really snug and comfortable (how many hotels have a rocking chair in it??). As for location, it's a bit far out from the station, but you can see various Museums (hence the hotel name!) from my window. The washbasin plug was on a chain that didn't reach the plughole - so much for 'environmentally-friendly! You waste a lot of water

Really cool getting to stay in a traditional building. Toilets and showers aren't attached to room, but that is to be expected.

Very nice staff and communication I would give 5 stars for organization and communication, but I’m deducting one star because, after the second night, some stains appeared on the sheets; we couldn't figure out where they came from—possibly the mattress. They changed the bedding, but the same thing happened again

The staff was friendly and helpful, and I found the property to be clean and tidy. The wifi was spotty at best, would not suggest if you NEED wifi.

Beautiful classical building and so close to the down town. The shared toilets, small stairs and overpriced breakfast.

The staff! The most welcoming and helpful staff I have seen in long time. It's outdated. So the stairs, but the worst thing was the tiny toilet. It reminded me of plane toilets.
