Overall it was great, and in a quiet area. The hidden garden was a great bonus and the trust bar and lastly the staff were exceptional!! Loved the amenities in the room as well. Morning repair/cleaning started at 8:00 am and was very noisy in the morning. We wanted to sleep in before our long flight back home but it was so noisy.

Really lovely location and attentive hotel staff. Wonderful place and will come back again! N/A

Location was excellent - walkable into the city but in a nice quiet area. It's also very close to the park and some great restaurants. Staff was very helpful and the laundry service was quick and efficient. Not a huge one, but the room didn't have air-conditioning which was a big issue as I wasn't there during the peak of summer. Also the room doesn't have a fridge for storing drinks/medicines Rooms are a little on the small side, which was fine for 1 person, but maybe book up a room if you are traveling in a pair

The location was wonderful, the breakfast was spectacular, the bed was super comfortable, the staff were SO kind and helpful, the decorations were gorgeous and super chic, the ability to rent bikes at the hotel. The room was a little small, the shower was a little outdated. But not a big deal at all.

The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. The breakfast was excellent and Owen was very nice and made delicious pancakes. Nothing, everything was great.

We liked the size of the room and the balcony was also really nice for fresh air. The staff were helpful and accomodating. Our room unfortunately had no AC which seemed to be randomly allocated to only some rooms. They provided us with a stand fan but that did not help circulate much air in the room. The bathroom and the shower were quite small and difficult to use because of the size.

Great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is well situated to the Museum district, and the City is easily accessible by No.2 Tram. Loved the quiet location.

Very good value for the overall cost. Perfect to move around with public transport. Staff was very helpfull and there were a lot of services you don’texpect to find in this price range (free water every day in the room, free coffee and free luggage storage when you arrive and leave) All good to be honest

It is cozy but at the same time great level of cleanliness and amenities Nothing

The location, breakfast, bike rental, personnels I would rather to prefer having shaving kit and toothpaste&brush within the room price.

The location was great though - very convenient and easy to get around from. There were ants in our room, and when we told reception about it at night, they refused to move us to another room. It was really unpleasant trying to sleep knowing there were ants around. It was also very hot, but we didn’t want to open the windows because of the ants. I was also surprised by the €150 deposit, as I hadn’t seen this mentioned anywhere before booking or arriving. The hotel was already fully paid in advance. I travel quite a lot and have stayed in Amsterdam before, and I’ve never had this happen. When I asked about it, I was told that apparently all hotels do this and that it was strange I didn’t know that. The way it was said was quite rude. What I also don’t understand is why the girls checking in after me weren’t charged the deposit at all. So I’m not sure how this policy is being applied. Overall, not a very comfortable experience.
