The bed was very uncomfortable. The room was very small and the toilet also. The bathroom and the restroom was at the same place that was very small and when you got a bath everything was wet. Very few towels and no bathroom mat also. No sound proof and could hear other people walking inside the building. The door didn't feel very safe.

Nothing From the moment we arrived, we found BUGS and insects in the room, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The room was located on the ground floor and was very NOISY. We could constantly hear people talking, walking past, and coming in and out, which woke us up several times during the night. Getting proper rest was almost impossible. The worst part was how the managers handled the issues we raised during our stay. We reported our concerns expecting assistance or a solution, but they were completely unhelpful and showed little interest in resolving the situation. We felt ignored and unsupported throughout the process. Overall, this was a very poor experience and far below what we expected. We would not recommend this property and would definitely not stay here again

Nice location near a park and trams. Staff nice and friendly. Lots of road works in the local area at the time of my stay.

For s budget option it was in a multicultural area not far from the centre.

The accommodation was clean. Small room and even smaller bathroom. Polite and helpful staff. It did not have good soundproofing at all. The location is relatively good because it had a tram stop very close. I think the price was more than it was worth.

I sincerely thank all the staff for their warm welcome and kindness. The hotel was impeccable, very clean, and perfectly maintained. I had an excellent stay. In addition, the hotel is located directly facing a magnificent garden, which makes the place even more pleasant and peaceful.

The staff let us check in super early and were always around, they even cleaned our room despite a short stay. It was incredibly hygienic/ clean in the room. The bathroom was a shower-toilet combined room which made the space wet all the time, and late-check in guests woke us up one night.
