Location was very handy to central station and central Amsterdam The steep narrow windy stairs were very difficult to negotiate to my second floor apartment. I did not feel safe doing this with a heave suitcase. The stairs are too narrow to rest the suitcase on.

The triple room was spacious and faced Amsterdam centraal station. The staff was polite and friendly. The windows were old single glassing and wooden without insulation at all facing such a busy street it was hard to get a decent sleep. The bathroom although recently renovated, it wasn't in the best condition. It's extremely overpriced considering what it offers as it's the case for the whole of Amsterdam.

The staff are every friendly and helpful and careful. The location is brilliant, right by the station. It was very clean and had comfortable beds. The room was at the top of a long narrow flight of stairs, the shower curtain was inadequate and the decor shabby.

Amazing location, comfy beds and super helpful staff. The bathroom is run down.

Nothing no windows to open ? No reception , totally unacceptable to call that a room , big humidity no air ! Don’t open a hotel at a place where you can not breathe.

Close to the station. That’s it Everything. Old rooms, small, misleading pictures. No AC, no proper amenities.

Location was ideal, view from the room was amazing, rooms were clean and comfortable nothing fancy but was all we were looking for Bathroom door was a bit stiff and didn’t really close properly

Just a few minute walk from the train station. Hot.., with no Air Conditioner…, and the window opened to common rooftop a few feet below the sill, where you could see other occupants in the adjacent room, so we had to leave the window shut and locked all night and the fan just circulated hot air. The bathroom had mold above the shower head and in the shower stall. They only had 2 towels in the room, with no hand-towels or bath mat. There was no closet or wall hooked to place or hang clothes…, and the desk was too small to accommodate 2 backpacks. The remote turned on the RV…, but I had to unplug the TV to turn it off. The narrow stairway with tiny steps was very dangerous.., my wife and I both slipped or tripped more than once even as we were consciously watching our steps.
