It is very close by to train station The heater is not working properly. Though it was summer the days we were there is cold at night. So uncomfortable

Nice comfortrble bed and friendly staff. The towels were smelly and paper thin. We run out of soap on the 2nd day in the shower and it was not refilled even though we had two services.

Breakfast was ok for the money........... Room & shower/bathroom were in need of a decent clean, bathroom door did not close and was noisy as hell to open in the middle of the night

İbis quality as usual. You know what to expect and you know what you'll get No surprises. Clean and proper. carpets are getting aged. Specially near by the lift exits.

The property is very nice. Anywhere you need to go you should walk about 200 meters to the Mr. verripen tram station. Otherwise the location is very calm and quite away from the noisy downtown

Breakfast is fine… It may contain different cultural staff such as olives… Location is really fine… There could have been more such small toothpaste and toothbrush, as well as shaving foam and razor ( very small version)… In addition to these, Bathroom towels could be more quality… Finally, If you keep kettle in the rooms, tea and coffee staffs like in ibis hotel in Edinburgh, it would be better for the customers… Best

Comfortable hotel, well located. Quiet area, with good staff. Could have had more vegan options for the breakfast!

Good location, lovely atmoshere, helpfull staff. The bad smell in the tualet and a dirty towel when we arrove. Staff was very helpful and came to perform an extra cleaning, but some peculiar dycomfortable smell remained for the whole stay.

We found this hotel very nice. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. we were on the 4th floor with canal view. This hotel is close to metro ( waterlooplein) and tram ( Visserplein). No refrigerator in the premium rooms.

Nothing room was too small and toilet continues smelling bad I don’t know why! Not value of the money. Better to stay somewhere else.
